But is it? I am not married to a Thai. I do not have PR or am I on a path to citizenship. I have temporary permission to stay. I'd say you're comparing apples and refrigerators. Who did this? I think you are projecting, maybe hallucinating. Because the right to voice your opinion and freely assemble for peaceful protest is guaranteed by the Constitution.

I have two U.S. Visa credit cards in my Google Wallet, both with virtual card support turned on. I just added the second one in seconds, without having to supply a telephone number. I authorized the card via an email and FIDO key. I use the tap to pay option on my phone for many transactions here. You've installed Google Wallet? Is Google Wallet approved in your home country? Your card has a billing address and you have the ability to accept 2FA? Your card supports tap to pay? Your card supports Google Wallet? Can you describe the steps you're taking in more detail? 1. Add a debit or credit card 1. Add a debit or credit card Open the Google Wallet app . At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet . Tap Payment card. New credit or debit card. Use your camera or tap Enter details manually. At the bottom, tap Save and continue. Read the Issuer Terms and tap Accept. https://support.google.com/wallet/answer/14187107?hl=en-GB&sjid=9843197705877241429-NC Find supported payment methods https://support.google.com/wallet/answer/12059326?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.CountryCode%3DCH&sjid=9843197705877241429-NC Halifax Visa and Mastercard debit and credit Corporate and any non-consumer cards, plus American Express cards

Which section are you saying is applicable? 4. (B) Terrorist activities Any alien who is described in subparagraph (B) or (F) of section 1182(a)(3) of this title is deportable. (C) Foreign policy (i) In general An alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable.

So the answer to my question is "No"? Please share the "reasons" that a Green Card holder and the spouse of a U.S. citizen can be detained and deported without due process.

Trump’s Bold Stand Against Campus Antisemitism Sends a Clear Message

So in this case Mr. Khalil is a threat to national security? The "reason" given for this detention and potential deportation seems to change often. -
According to some local (U.K.) press, he worked at a Thai restaurant in Thirsk. It would be good if the Thai authorities could share more details regarding the drug(s) potentially involved if only to alert others to the potential dangers. Seems like only a matter of time before opioids start falling off the truck from Myanamar and Laos jungle labs.

Trump’s Bold Stand Against Campus Antisemitism Sends a Clear Message

FWIW, it's not an "article", it's an Editorial from Rupert Murdoch's New York Post, for whom the First Amendment is open to interpretation. Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. -
I was confused about whether you're going to file a return or not. You said it was "not necessary", and then said you were "going to file with your wife". IMO, the most important questions to answer in an "RD Trip Report" are What was your Assessible Income? Including what was excluded. Did you file a return? Did you owe tax? Do you have proof that you satisfied your tax filing obligation? (If you did not file.)

Oops. Nevermind. US clears out remaining migrants from Guantanamo Bay PENTAGON — The United States has cleared out the last migrants being held at its naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, sending them back to the U.S. mainland as they await deportation. Two U.S. defense officials told VOA on Wednesday that 40 detainees, including 23 “high-threat illegal aliens” incarcerated at the base’s detention center, were flown to Louisiana on Tuesday. The officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss the operation, said the detainees were flown aboard a nonmilitary aircraft at the direction of officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Neither ICE nor its parent agency, the Department of Homeland Security, have responded to requests for comment. https://www.voanews.com/a/us-clears-out-remaining-migrants-from-guantanamo-bay/8008349.html
