Same issue for me, so many of them. Even a small kick from my bicycle to their nose runs them off, if I can hit it. Seems like they are most aggressive night and early morning, during the heat they are passive. Why do the locals feed them, I guess that's the real issue. Does it make them feel kind or like a good person?

All drugs should be legal. Right now, Big Pharma and the Medical Profession have a lock on most of the good stuff. Can buy most of it from Doctors here, but its expensive.

Been coming here for many years, never seen a cop chase anyone. Was the cop drug tested afterwards? Has he done this type of thing before? Only time I have seen a cop shoot his gun was when we were drinking at a small outside eating and drinking place. Scared the hell out of me, got out of there quickly. From what the video shows, these guys are simply trying to save their own lives and simply did not understand how roadblocks in Thailand work. . Something really does not add up here.
