Ain't it da truth ..haha . Don't fret , that's the reward one gets when they are "off the beaten track " . Of course, there are others who are just plain "off" . So..... , I am just closing with my FIRST home build across the river from central Chiangrai , 36 years ago. Young and full of cum like the new generation here. I knew little Thai, little about burning, little about neighbors , and nothing about building . My big wooden roof(frame) had to be replaced after a year due to burrowing insects . Went metal . Almost mental. My daughter was born there, driven on motorcycle on a dirt road at 3 am to the CR hospital. Came out in about 1 hour . Guess the bumpy ride helps. Things have smoothed out a bit since that time and many moves/houses.
