And she's happy - cos it's a part time job for her - when her falang boyfriend isn't here.

Most people own their own home and have farmland worth 1 million baht. They have a higher net worth than a lot of farang. There's no excuse.

I agree. After living in Thailand most of my adult life, it does get boring. That said, things in the West are pretty dire (where I come from) and I am glad I raised my kid here.
