    Did you comprehend the article about how they are looking forward to getting back home and why? But, I am sure you are right after a 77 year old man and his wife get the crap kicked out of them in a foreign country they will search the world for another place to live. Jeez.

    The lies, fraud and abuse should be reported. I have tried with no response. Many of them buy views, likes, subs, etc. The problem with this is advertisers on these channels pay for Ads based on their numbers making money for the creators and YT. Some guy with 50,000 subs does a live stream with less then 100 people watching. So bogus. There really should be an investigation into YT practices.

    I think for CM the old brick now closed mall near Nimman is an excellent location most of the Chinese customers will be in that area already. Or closed Promenada mall for out of the city. For Pattaya, Bali Hi is perfect plenty of land around there for a water front complex.

    All seems like a possible staged video. The way to do this to avoid problems is to have a strong Thai lady with you and take plenty of photos before renting. And, the guy will ask to keep your passport. Don't give it to them give them a copy.

    Yes, the gym and walking. But, my best workout for a good sweat is 30 to 40 minutes of boom boom to exhaustion. A really fun way to stay in shape.

    If she is popular she will have many guys on her Social media account. Many girls then will "send to all" hoping to get a few guys to bite and send them money. So, a lot of times it is not even a personal message to you. I would send her nothing and stop contact with her. If you go back to Phuket, there is a good chance she will seem happy to see you again.

    Oh yes, I see it as a real possibility. But, it historically is part of the normal longer economic process. And, what happens when the Recession is over? The markets take off and reach all time highs. So, just a reset which is kinda needed just some pain along the way.
