I get your complaints. But, what do you expect in reality Pattaya area is one of the most popular entertainment areas in Asia now. Especially near the bigger beaches there will be constant noise. So, my suggestion would be to get away and stay at the Darkside or Bang Saray if you want quiet cuz it ain't going to change and will probably get worse with all the holidays and planned events coming.
