I have had them get aggressive with me for parking in their space accidently. I was told they pay(who) for the space.

I have insurance, but with all the exclusions it is really accident insurance. Having close calls on a motorbike, or even walking I will be covered unless I am reckless or drunk. Other then that, it seems they can exclude coverage for just about anything else.

I bought an MG z last year. I love it one of the best cars I have owned and I think good value.

Will wait and see especially with the President elections what 2024 will bring for stocks.

Give me a gas hog any day. Sales of EV have slumped. The Woke thinkers who are buying them will reach saturation at some point. Resale values of people who have them now will be practically worthless as they improve the technology. Kind of like spending $1,000 on a VCR years ago. Especially in the U.S. Republican Desantis and Trump are not fans of EV if they win, government support will probably be limited.

Real Estate agents here and especially in the west are overpaid lazy jokes. A place like California now 5% with home prices is around 50k dollars. That is a year wages for many people and maybe these agents put in 80 hours at the most for listing/ advertising properties. Here, kind of the same what do they do for 5% but put your property on their website. Or, maybe a photo of your property hanging in the window of their shop. Wow. And, trying to make an appt. to see a property is a hassle if they ever return phone calls or emails. It is all poorly managed here no multiple listing, no readily available comps, expired listing on their websites. Maybe better off trying to sell it yourself.

Terrible starve to death wages.

Used an agent the last 2 times. Also for Res. Cert. 90 day online. I can well afford an agent and will always use them in the future. The convenience and speed of service is worth it for me.
