Maybe you just have that "I am a drunk" look about you. Many alcoholics have the look. Their heads are miss shaped, faces very wrinkled, glassy out of it eyes. Add general " alcoholic face" puffiness, dark circles, look old, redness/flush. Some report a semi deformity. Kind of a mentally retarded look. And, some do not change their clothes from their drunk the day before. Bad stench of booze.

Another issue here is the hospitals. Just about every department jams 4 to six or more nurses/staff into a small desk work space. Lots of patients sitting around. Then, one of the nurses will out loud ask " why are you here". God, tell the whole world my butt has a hemmroid. The last couple of times I walked away and motioned the staff toward me explaining the lack of privacy their question and the environment creates. Then, quietly explaining why I am there.

Isn't kind of a problem with many things here? Condominium building look great when new, a few years later looking terrible do to lack of upkeep and maintenance. All the cars, motorbikes and trucks blasting smoke out the back. Bad brakes everywhere you can hear them squeaking. Terrible road maintenance. And, a really scary thought is possible lack of maintenance of the aircraft here. Hope that is not the case.
