If you need proof after all this time -you must have your head in the sand.Maybe you're the one that needs care Biden would run circles around you.  You seem to prattle endlessly  Christ do you read ?   You want someone to provide proof?

"So, if you want to redeem your childlike & embarrassing missteps here please provide some evidence and proof "   He provided you with proof .  You owe him an apology.  It is you that have taken the childlike and embarrassing missteps. "Accuse the other side of that which you are guilty."

Clearly he is pretty much always guilty and does prattle endlessly. Seriously doubt someday he ever finds his way out of the rabbit hole.

So that article was written in September. Here is a more recent survey showing a slight improvement for Biden, though not a lot.
This poll was taken from 3,448 eligible voters. I am unable to see how many voters were polled in the Siena survey due to the paywall.
Could you supply that number please ?

An investigation into the biggest corruption scandal in MArican politics all the whill the Trump MAGA machine is creamin loser Joe in the polls now. This official impeachment inquiry could not have come at a better time.

Ya think Trump impeachments were legit or based on just cause and evidence as the Biden impeachment inquiry?

I think you ask but don't look forward to an answer.

4 Jan 6 charges were legit. Now the Inquiry has zero charges.

Are you trying to rewrite history? The fiorst offer was a public hearing along with a challenge to testify publicly.

The Ill is trying to rewrite history and the proof was back on December 1st:

The big picture: Previously, Comer claimed that House Republicans "have so many documents" against the Biden's that they "can bring these people in for depositions or committee hearings, whichever they choose, and we can ask these questions with evidence."https://www.axios.com/2023/12/01/rep-comer-hunter-biden-public-hearing

The compulsory insurance that comes with your tax renewal is only 3 party injuries, not damage to your vehicle or his, perfectly LEGAL. If he had private insurance the damage could be less than the first few thousand that he could have to pay on any claim, I pay around 6k a year for private car #2 insurance in case I hit an expensive car I still have to pay the first 2 or 3K but better than a million or more for a dented bumper/fender on an imported car. init. wake up and smell the roses, for a M/C maybe 2k a year for private insurance, do have that?

    Good suggestion thank you,

If you own the scooter and it ia annually licensed, we all pay the tax and the mandatory insurance. It is a low coverage but it is there, if I am not mistaken.

I agree and the initial hospital billing was 4K, my annual fee is 1K.

The only mandatory "insurance" is the Por Ror Bor scheme which provides limited no-fault medical along with death and disability benefits to people injured or killed in motor vehicle accidents. The benefits are quite low by Western standards.

Por Ror Bor isn't liability insurance, so there is no cover for damage to third party property or actual legal liability for bodily injury.

Thailand does not require real third party liability insurance for motor vehicles.

Thanks for informing me by answering my question. sabai sabai

So, what makes you think that you could demand his arrest?   And this has bugger-all to do with how things work in the US...god knows why you brought that up!

True, I could have more realistically used fine and not arrest. I now understand the law here and was only interested in finding that out.

I was lucky the person causing the accident was concerned and wanting to make amends.

Wanting to know what the Police involvement is an innocent question. They were able to cement the agreement and I extend my gratitude for the help.

In Europe, meanwhile, Trump is primarily remembered for his constant hectoring of its leaders for not paying their fair share towards the continent’s defence, a criticism that remains as valid today as it did then. With several European countries, like Germany and France, seemingly more interested in cutting a deal with Moscow than giving Ukraine the military support it requires to defeat Russia, Trump’s return to global politics might help them to better understand where their true interests lie.

Trump might not be the most appealing character in American politics, but he is not someone who is easily ignored. He might be just the person to give the West the jolt it needs to wake up to the very real threats it faces.

You are aware your posting from those people who have a reputation so bad it makes you look like this to most of us.

Don't need to read that, already did. If P Navvaro and S Bannon can get popped for it, then so can Hunter in a fair and equal justice system.

"Under law, this certification then requires the US attorney to “bring the matter before the grand jury for its action,” but the Justice Department will also makes its own determinations for prosecuting.

Any individual who is found liable for contempt of Congress is then guilty of a crime that may result in a fine and between one and 12 months imprisonment. But this process is rarely invoked and rarely leads to jail time."

So then your clear that Hunter has zero to be concerned with as the Biden DOJ is one that laughs last.

Thats why the impeachment inquiry was launched, it's carte blanc now with subpoena power to all things Biden and his family including the 5,000 pages of emails the WH and NARA refuses to release to Comer. Sworn testimony from Biden's family is on the table now. It's over for Biden, time to get a dose of reality and accept it.

Biden is likely the most corrupt politician in American history. Too bad the two tiered justice system is stonewalling it and trying desperately to cover it and protect the Bidens.

Thats all about to change with formalized by vote impeachment inquiry. You can say goodbye to Biden's political status and hello to his embarrassing and criminal legacy.

Ah I see but in case you feel like some facts then read this.

Deal with your insurance and let them deal with the one who caused the accident.

My insurance is taking care of my Medical and he is paying damage bills. I was just curious about the laws in Thailand was the only issue.

  12. I was recently hit by a motor vehicle while on my scooter. The Thai person responsible is willing to pay for damages I encountered. Did the Police advise him that as he was uninsured I could have him arrested if I did not agree to me letting that become our agreement??
