  1. Good point. Maybe he gets high breathing in all the toxic air up there as well.
  2. It's all a waste of time. There is no advice to give him and you see that already. He's got first world problems. He's got skills, but he doesn't wanna work. We know that he smokes weed and likes to hang around doing nothing. He may have alcohol and drug problems too. So you're just wasting your time worrying about some guy. Unless he's your friend and you wanna be a saint and go help him then go ahead.
  3. Weed and sex. A whole nother level. When I discovered that I realized I had been missing out on how much better sex could have been for the last 30+ years if I smoked weed. Don't knock it until you try it.
  4. Lol, is that it? Cmon, I know you can rant some more. Don't stop now!
  5. I wouldn't waste any time feeling bad for this guy just because he's good at making videos begging for sympathy. The guy is slumming around Southeast Asia when he should be back home with a job. If you wanna spend your time, feeling bad for people who are in unfortunate situations, then you can worry about all the millions of people whose lives have been recently destroyed by war in the Middle East. That's what I would call bad luck. Not this guy who isn't even trying to better himself.
  6. I agree, when I first came here decades ago many of these types like him would go down to Khao San Road and buy cheap silver jewelry and then fly to Japan. Stay there for a couple weeks selling it on the street to the young Japanese people at huge profits. Then they could flounder around Southeast Asia with the profits for another few months on a shoe string until they would rinse and repeat the same thing again. I think it's fine to do that when you're in your 20s, but this guy looks to be in his late 40s. He looks like he's running out of time to get his life on track.
  7. I don't think so. I disagree that it could be any of us with some bad luck. He made his life. It doesn't sound like he's had a series of bad luck. More like laziness and bad decisions. Possibly fueled by a drug and alcohol problem.
  8. I understand that, but I don't think that's the issue. He said that he has experience working in the casino industry. He also used to build houses he said. So he has some skills and he looks young enough to still be employable. He should be able to find some gig online for work before he heads back. My impression is that he's just lazy and wants to smoke weed and flounder around Southeast Asia eating fried rice. I still don't understand your obsession with the guy though. I'm sure if you look around closely then you'll meet hundreds of others just like him. He might have drug and alcohol problems too.
  9. No, I think he is broke. He's more or less whittled himself down to nothing. Maybe he gets a little bit of money from family every now and again just to keep him barely afloat. He looks too young to be collecting Social Security yet.
  10. What are you so consumed with this guy? You've already posted this video twice, once in another topic, completely unrelated. He's a close comrade of yours?
  11. Sad, but seems like a bit of a loser. I used to meet guys like this in Thailand 20-30 years ago. But usually they were also a lot younger. He seems troubled and should go back to the US and get himself a job like the others of his ilk. Just floundering around Southeast Asia on a shoe string, barely even has enough money to pay for a visa, I don't think things are going to end up well for him. Hope he doesn't end up getting himself in some serious trouble.
  12. You are very fortunate. I have a friend who is your age now and he had his prostate taken out about 10-15 years ago. He told me his was as big as a tennis ball when they removed it. The doctors had no choice but to cut through a lot of the nerves around it to get to it. After the operation he became fully nonfunctional. At the beginning, he tried medicines, but nothing worked. I haven't discussed it with him in a while, but I assume he eventually just gave up and he lives with it. He has a number of other health problems as well, so I don't think he really focuses on it too much. He's lucky to be alive because I think his father died from prostate cancer because he didn't remove it in time. So I don't think he has any regrets either. Anyway, I think you did the right thing by having the surgery and it seems that you know that. As you said, you wouldn't be here now if you didn't. And it's fantastic that you maintained some functionality. Just out of curiosity, were you getting an annual PSA tests when they discovered it? I had another friend who had it also 15 or 20 years ago and they discovered his through PSA testing. At the time, his was still in very early stages so they were able to get rid of the cancer by putting a nuclear seed into his prostate and no surgery was required. He was very lucky. Unfortunately, he died about five years after that from another cause which was unrelated. He was also still quite young at the time, mid 60s I believe. What about urinating? Without the prostate are you still able control the urethra tube or do you have to wear an undergarment to help with that?
  13. Exercise is the key when you age. And doing compound weight lifting movements in the gym that trigger increased natural testosterone production are important too.
  14. That makes little sense. The majority of men I see out in the nightlife in Thailand are 50+ I don't drink. So I'm not one of them. But the notion of young, hot women still interests me as much now as it did when I was 18. Then add in some weed and the desire increases even more and exponentially.
  15. I clearly do. I've built dozens of them. The first one nearly 30 years ago. I've also moderated large forums like this one. Back to the point though, the term that you used is very specific to refer to admin or site owners creating content to try and engage people. That's not what this is. The admin aren't creating this content. It's been created by an individual user it appears. Whether it's fiction or not who knows. So I don't know what you're referring to. This isn't an engagement post.
  16. British slang. Minge, Clunge, Punani. All same.
  17. Just like David Gilmour, huh? He just released another solo album last week or maybe a couple days ago. You can listen to it on Spotify. He said it's better than dark side of the moon. Ha!
  18. I thought that's what nose hair is good for?
  19. Thanks, it all sounds good, except no vino for me. What about flange?
  20. I posted a long post about it above.
  21. That means the admins are writing these posts. I highly doubt it. When they post something they always do so under their own admin accounts. The OP isn't an admin posting.
  22. How long you gonna wait? So many people expire with future plans that they never achieve because time runs out first. Do it now.
  23. Sounds boring AF.
  24. Manopause, yeah, it exists, it's a real thing. Own it. It's yours now.
