Like any government organization, UNRWA wants to stay alive. If they actually were to fulfil their mission and see the Palestinians all resettled, then there would be no need for UNRWA. They would all lose their cushy jobs and bloated paychecks, and have to actually work for a living. The Palestinian population has exploded in recend decades, much to the delight of UNRWA. Gives them reason to demand more money and the ability to hire more of their cronies.

Kamala Harris Defends Policy Stance in Heated Fox News Interview
Hanaguma replied to Social Media's topic in World News
It would have been nice if Kamala had actually stated any policy in the interview. Instead, she mentioned Trump more than 20 times. Even when asked about Biden's mental state and when she knew he was slipping, her answer was "Trump.....". When asked how she can 'turn the page' when she is number 2 in the current administration, her answer was "Trump....". I was actually hoping to hear some policy from her. SHe had the chance to reach an audience that doesn't get to see her very much and generate some good publicity. Instead, she fell back on "let me be clear..." and "I will follow the law" and "b-b-but Trump". From the very first question about immigration when she couldn't give a simple answer to a simple question, she was evasive and shallow. -
Debatable, but ultimately irrelevant. There is nowhere else on earth that refugee status has become something passed from generation to generation. After WW2, there were countless movements of populations, borders shifting, countries being made, etc. Germans were expelled from East Prussia to give that land to Poland. Should THEY be allowed to return and reclaim their homes? Millions were displaced when India divided into India and East/West Pakistan. Hindus moved to India, Muslims to the Pakistans. Should they be allowed to now go back? Unfortunately, the Palestinians were fed a steady diet of false promises from their 'brother' Arabs. "Just wait a bit, once we kill all the Jews you can go back and gain the riches they leave behind". So they were never truly resettled in other places. Just kept in limbo as successive invasions and genocide attempts against Israel failed, from 1948 to now. So now they are where they are. We have 4th generation refugees who are STILL rejected by their ethnic and religious bretheren.

Yes, they take their clues from their Dear Leader. The answer to any tough question is, "b-b-but Trump". -

Under normal circumstances, yes. But in an intense interview it is sometimes incumbent on the interviewer to steer the interviewee back to the question. The Bloomberg interviewer did the same to Trump, and it is not impolite when done right. Baier was also operating under a very significant time constraint. Harris started more than 15 minutes late and refused to extend the interview to make up for it. So basically, he was limited to only half the time that he had prepared for. This made it imperative to be a bit harsh on the wordy answers and drill down to the essentials. -

In other words, no. Baier is polite and respectful, even when he is doing a tough interview. It is his style. He called the VP "Ma'am" for that reason. He respects both VP Harris and the office she represents. If he interviewed Biden, he would call him "sir" or "Mr. President". Is that simple courtesy hard to comprehend? -
We have this in Canada, it is called "MAID" (Medical Assistance In Dying). Charming acronym, isn't it? But it has caused all sorts of trouble. Veterans who call a support line are redirected to MAID and encouraged to end their lives, etc. It truly is a slippery slope. When health care budgets are tight, the incentive is there for government factotums to save money by ending lives.

Maybe they can go back to THEIR respective homelands? Oh wait.... a lot of them are already there. Plus the descendants of nearly one million Jews who were expelled from various Arab countries- I guess they can all have the 'right of return' also, and get all their property back? Good luck sneaking THAT past the Arab League.

I can just hear Joe Scarberia tomorrow morning. "Wow, Kamala was great. This was the best Kamala Harris I have ever seen!" -
True. Except that he ran a 20,000 plus employee corporation for decades. Still flies around in his private jet. Lives at his private golf resort. Oh, and ran the US for 4 years fairly well. What has Kamala ever managed or accomplished in the private sector?

You have a short memory. It was yesterday that the head of...Bloomberg?... had a much longer and intense interview with Trump in Chicago. Lots of tough questions, Trump tried bobbing and weaving at times, it was good journalism. Now, here. Kamala shows up late, looks like a deer in the headlights most of the time, runs away as soon as she can. She was invited to do Bloomberg as well, and declined. -
So... She shows up 15 minutes late, leaves in a rush, tries to filibuster every answer and pivot to b-b-but Trump!. America, this is one of your choices for leader. Choose wisely.

More debunked rubbish. The townhall was stopped due to two medical emergencies. Instead of relying on the usual claptrap leftoid propaganda you ingest, try looking at a reputable organization. If Donnie is the chicken, why did it take Kamala 55 DAYS to sit down for an interview, and even then with her support White Man needed at her side? Trump is far more active and available. As is Vance. Walz is being kept in a closet as much as possible, especially after his "hunting" fiasco.
