  1. Deliberately clouding issues, tell you what, this topic is about the UK so let's stick to the UK police definitions not yours. UK’s College of Policing does include a working definition of antisemitism in their guidance to police forces in the UK. The full guidance is available from their website here and the definition is reproduced in full here: https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/a-definition-of-antisemitism
  2. I'm sure many also enjoy killing Palestinians You are sure of a lot of things but always short on facts
  3. I see Jeremy Corbyn was out in London with the other Hamas apologists yesterday...lol https://news.sky.com/story/one-person-arrested-ahead-of-pro-palestinian-demonstration-in-london-13073714
  4. How is that the opposite? My post was about the IDF going to extraordinary lengths to save lives as claimed by the expert, not the first one by the way, nothing to do with videos on social media of soldiers shunting cars with bulldozers and blowing up tunnel systems to music.
  5. Urban warfare expert says Israeli military taking unprecedented steps to protect Gaza civilians "As someone who teaches division level urban warfare, what has really blown my mind is that Israel issued maps to the civilians [in Gaza] telling them where they would be operating each day. … I've never seen a military do that," said Spencer, who visited Israel last month and toured the combat zone in and around Gaza. "Doing this puts the attacking military at a disadvantage because it signals to the defending military what they’re doing," he said. "The element of surprise is usually a top priority in wars, but Israel is giving up all of that in order to prevent civilian harm. "If that is going to be the standard going forward, I don't know how the U.S. military and others are going to do that. We’re not going to send text messages. We’re not going to be able to put out maps, even if we do decide to give warnings." https://www.foxnews.com/world/urban-warfare-expert-says-israeli-military-taking-unprecedented-steps-to-protect-gaza-civilians
  6. The UNRWA stated they were sacked, they should have been handed over to the IDF immediately! Video is said to show U.N. relief worker taking Israeli shot on Oct. 7 The CCTV footage, located independently by The Washington Post, provides a fuller picture than the brief account in the public dossier, which says Naami “was involved in kidnapping a soldier from Beeri.” Israel has also accused Naami of being part of a Hamas brigade in his hometown of Nuseirat. After he was named in confidential Israeli documents last month, The Post found images of Naami online and then used facial recognition software to find a likely match for him in footage from Oct. 7. The Post found other indications pointing to Naami as the individual in the footage. https://archive.ph/aBXaW https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/2024/02/16/unrwa-video-oct-7-israel/ "The @UN kidnaps our civilians‼️ Here is a video from Oct. 7 of another @UNRWA worker who took part in the massacre, stuffing the body of a victim into a truck. UNRWA is an instrumental part of Hamas’s terror machine, which makes UNRWA itself - a terrorist organization. These crimes will be investigated! @UNLazzarini, resign today! You lead this terror group and if you don’t resign immediately, you too will carry responsibility for UNRWA’s crimes." video link https://twitter.com/giladerdan1/status/1758908487088685382
  7. Your own BBC link says the same thing. "While the appeal verdict left him a free man, the conviction itself was upheld, meaning he is barred from running for public office. Alexei Navalny has always insisted the accusations against him are politically motivated." "Navalny first came to prominence as a blogger exposing corruption which he identified with Vladimir Putin - who returned as president of Russia last year - and his allies. He helped organise a wave of street protests after the December 2011 parliamentary election was marred by reports of abuses." What did you expect would happen to him from a man who rose to fame in Russia exposing Putin's massive corruption? Why do you think Putin's corrupt regime won't release his body? Alexei Navalny death: Team accuses Russia of 'hiding' his body https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-68326784 The regime is so scared of him in Russia that they haven't even shown an image of his face on TV networks when announcing his death.
  8. The fact that the IDF has just rescued 2 hostages alive slipped your clarity. They were being held by Hamas which I understand to be a war crime.
  9. If he wants to appeal, which we know he does then he's got just 30 days to put up the cash or bond Mr. Trump will appeal the financial penalty but will have to either come up with the money or secure a bond within 30 days. https://archive.ph/lIKnr https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/16/nyregion/trump-civil-fraud-trial-ruling.html
  10. Back on topic then after constant deflection The IDF also releases footage from the interrogation of a captured Hamas operative, who says that at least 10 hostages were held at Nasser Hospital. Released hostages have also testified that they were held at the hospital. Interrogated #Hamas terrorist admits to the organization's use of the Nasser Hospital for terror purposes 'This is another way to say "throw your weapon." The international community has to know what happens in Gaza's hospitals,' explains Col. (Ret.) Amit Assa
  11. You are the one that keeps bringing it back up though, whenever we discuss the Rafah situation in depth you then divert into the ICJ which has been covered multiple times in its own topics.
  12. Israel is in keeping with the "provisional measures" of the ICJ Hamas is NOT in keeping with the "order" of the ICJ What war crimes is Israel carrying out? We all know the war crimes of Hamas since Oct 7th and everyday since
  13. In plain English. According to you Hamas can commit war crimes and not comply with international law despite an international court order. Yet you acuse others of being bias. Why should Hamas be allowed to carry on committing war crimes?
  14. So you only believe the ICJ yet it's also ok for Hamas to ignore what the ICJ orders. You have a problem
  15. So you don't agree with the ICJ ruling that Hamas should release the hostages unconditionally which obviously means you also don't agree with the UN Security Council resolution which states the same order. 2 International bodies that Hamas refuses to comply with because they are terrorists, murder, rape and committing atrocities is their game, you don't have that excuse, what excuse do you have?
  16. What have the ICJ said about Nasser Hospital? Thats you just deflecting again. You are now down to belief because credible links have been produced. Do you have a source to discredit what they say?
  17. Indeed they are aside from the hostages, they are using hospitals and those inside them as human shields, also a war crime. The IDF says Hamas maintains a command room, an intelligence and interrogation complex, and a police station at Nasser Hospital. IDF entered the hospital to stop them, the IDF have not been committing war crimes doing so,
  18. But I asked you are you not going to answer such a simple question?
  19. Would you also like to know what toothpaste the hostages left behind? This is about just one piece of evidence among many others that the IDF had to enter the hospital under international law. Now we know as a result of that they have so far uncovered weapons including rocket launchers, arrested 20 Hamas and in total questioning 100 terror suspects so no doubt it will end up being more than 20. Fully justifying their entry As IDF operations continue in Nasser Hospital: 🔴 IDF troops uncovered medications with the names of Israeli hostages inside the hospital along with weapons. 🔴 A report was received regarding the failure of electrical systems within the hospital. Our troops worked to repair the generator while bringing an alternative one. In addition, the IDF supplied food for infants and water to the hospital. This was carried out with the Coordination and Liaison Administration for Gaza (CLA). The IDF will continue to operate in accordance to international law against Hamas which systematically operates within civilian infrastructure.
  20. So, I ask again, What's that got to do with whether or not the IDF is guilty of committing war crimes? What's that got to do with Hamas who are committing war crimes?
  21. Tell me, which hospital was Doron Katz Asher and another 10 hostages held? Read the CNN link, Khan Younis. Which hospital is at Khan Younis? Hint.....................Nasser Hospital. Get a grip man and read
  22. We know what this topic is about and I was responding directly to your post, nobody else and the reason I was responding is because you asked me specifically this question: - and where are all the hostages, alive or dead, that the IDF used as a justification for violating this, and all the other hospitals that the IDF has raided, "protected" status? Do I have to repeat my response in regards to the hostage that was released from that same hospital last month and spoke about the other hostages that were also kept in the same room as her, at least another 10 hostages in a dark room with covered window. Regards reports you do not keep up with the news. 100 terror suspects now arrested. https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/troops-searching-khan-younis-hospital-arrest-more-than-100-terror-suspects/ Regards other hospitals that you asked about, I'm sure you've seen the numerous videos, how about this hostage getting forced in, a terrorist with a meat cleaver behind him. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-67469591
  23. Oh no.....lol Here's one of those hostages................ Freed Israeli hostage says she endured ‘psychological warfare’ during 50 days of Hamas captivity After 16 days, Asher and her daughters were taken from the apartment to what she described as a “so-called” hospital in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis. Why “so-called”? Because a hospital is “a place that is supposed to take care of people, but instead it was taken over by Hamas and they used it to hide hostages,” Asher said. The Israeli military has repeatedly said Hamas hides terrorist infrastructure in and around civilian institutions in Gaza, such as hospitals – a claim denied by the militant group. The US has said that Hamas used the Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest in Gaza, as a command center and a place to hold hostages. Asher did not say where she was held. Asher was joined by other hostages in the hospital complex – the first captives she had met since being taken into Gaza. https://edition.cnn.com/2024/01/04/middleeast/israel-hostage-doron-katz-asher-interview-hamas-gaza-intl
