Instead they've already joined COVAX and made purchases with other companies.
True at least for Indonesia, who once they saw Thailand were in charge made alternative arrangements

QuoteChina has arrested the leader of a multi-million dollar scam that passed off saline solution and mineral water as Covid-19 vaccines.
The man, identified as Kong, had researched the packaging designs of real vaccines before making more than 58,000 of his own concoctions.
A batch of the vaccines were smuggled overseas, but it is not known where they were sent to.
wonder where they went?

These numbers are very interesting as 124 cases have been found connected to a wet market in Pathum Thani announced yesterday whereas yesterday's figure was 126 mainly in Samut Sakhon and today is 166 mainly in Samut Sakhon.
That is because these figures literally mean nothing, they are made up daily

18 million baht, £500K for 60 sqm of just another bland tower block. Why would anyone do that?

To me the difference is the Vietnamese govt will structure trade to be better for all of Vietnam, whereas Thailand structures everything to be better for a select few. This won't change and Thailand won't change

So mass testing has stopped in Samut Sakhon, and they are only testing those who come in to hospitals feeling sick? These numbers are being manipulated, believe them if you want

It means that most of those cases (contact tracing and walk ins) were migrant workers.
So there is no mass testing at all in Samut Sakhon? Seems strange

if by "active testing" you mean active contact tracing , that is already stated: 35.
The article clearly states "Nearly all of the new cases were again discovered during testing of migrant workers at quarantine facilities and hospitals in Samut Sakhon."
But then goes on to only list numbers for tracing and walk ins no mentions of testing at all
So what does "Nearly all of the new cases were again discovered during testing of migrant workers" mean?

Of course they do.
I disagree
QuoteNearly all of the new cases were again discovered during testing of migrant workers at quarantine facilities and hospitals in Samut Sakhon.
Of the new cases, 35 were discovered via active contact tracing, while 141 were so-called ‘walk-ins’ discovered from people reporting to hospital. 10 cases were imported from people entering quarantine.
where in those figures are the ones from active testing?

I used to run a recording studio in Ladbroke grove in the rave years, it's much cheaper to build a room within a room for a studio, that way you can isolate everything with floating construction. Basically a stud wall room within any old space would work if built properly

Algae growth is caused by too much Phosphorus and Nitrogen and not enough Carbon Dioxide, assume you have a planted tank? To fix the first two use proper filtration or don't feed as much and to fix low CO2, you need to increase circulation

They are not counting positives from testing in Samut Sakhon are they? These figures mean nothing

That seems to be to mute out background noise from the person talking to you, not the other way.
Thanks I'll look into it.
It is meant to work both ways.

I'm starting to plan extra rooms for my house. One problem I have is that I have audio conferences and need a room where I can not hear anything from oitside. At the moment, I hear dogs barking and off course motorbikes.
Does the noise come through the walls of the windows?
Should I plan to have some sort of sound proofing bricks or stuff in the wall, dies double glazing keep the noise out?
No need to go crazy. The best way of isolating interference is to have a clip on lavalier type microphone when you conference. It should pick up very little sound except your voice.
By all means use double glazing/triple glazing etc but benefits will not exceed the cost.
Run the mic through an app like Krisp and voila

None of the 2000 trial participants died, that is the big take, not that is not as effective. Who cares if you get a cold, so long as you don't die?

Batch time for AZ vaccine is around 90 days I thought, so starting batch production now would be ready for June, starting in June would be ready for September
