  1. Guilty, yes American. i love the sarcasm.???? I thought the first amendment gave me the right to free speech?????
  2. You said it? Did anyone else know that Anutin was going to say the new entry regulations were canceled, in front of the press? Had it been discussed? If it had why would they have sent out the new entry regulations in the first place? is it going to change again, who knows?
  3. I don't plan to do anything, but I am sure the police might think of something?
  4. I can just imagine the check in supervisors at some of these airports having a few choice words for this guy? Obviously he doesn't realize just what an imbecile he is making of himself and the rest of the clowns? Pretty sure some of the passengers that have been refused at check aren't too happy either? Why didn't all the relevant parties in Thailand get together and decide on what they were going to do/say, before telling the airlines all over the world? ????
  5. Exactly and that right there just shows the level of his intelligence? Anutin makes a statement and instantly all airlines spread all over the world get the message and understand fully what it means?????? Passengers are being turned away because the Thai authorities have made a complete balls up of this?
  6. There are any number of reason why some people have not been vaccinated, some medical, some very personal? Only morons say everyone should be vaccinated?
  7. "He named one 34 year old Brit for allegedly destroying the buffalo after climbing on it." I didn't see any name, maybe I missed it? Surely if they his name and nationality shouldn't be too hard to find him?
  8. Some folks did not vaccinated for medical reasons, or personal reason? Thailand is the only country that is NOT requiring restrictions against only the Chinese? Reason because they don;t want upset the cash cow and President Xi? The Thai government changed its entry requirements, giving less than 2 days notice to airlines worldwide and then changed them again? This is not how a professional organization behaves, its totally ludicrous!
  9. Correct, it takes time for the airlines to update their procedures, some are faster than others? But if a passenger happens to try to check in on airline that does not have the latest information, it could be problematic?
  10. Quite so, they would rather upset everyone going to Thailand, except the Chinese? To make this decision just shows how their minds work, Chinese money over everyone else's money? Plus the fact they made the decision for mandatory vaccinations then had to change it, at the very last minute. To call it unprofessional is being polite, to call it absurd, ludicrous, xenophobic and moronic doesn't even begin to describe it, but I'm running out of adjectives!????
  11. This show of love for the Chinese Yen/money is really beyond belief? Its sad that we have to subjected to it, but it makes crystal clear what and who the Thai authorities care about? Meanwhile in China: https://apnews.com/article/politics-health-china-government-beijing-762d314d452875ecc525d5c21dbfa541 "China is now facing a surge in cases and hospitalizations in major cities and is bracing for a further spread into less developed areas with the start of its most important holiday, the Lunar New Year, in coming days" "Overseas, a growing number of governments are requiring virus tests for travelers from China, saying they are needed because the Chinese government is not sharing enough information on the outbreak. The European Union on Wednesday “strongly encouraged” its member states to impose pre-departure COVID-19 testing, though not all have done so."
  12. Totally agree, but really it comes down to common sense, I do realize not everyone has it though? You mention smoking it kills 8 million people worldwide per year, including second hand smoke, alcohol abuse, around 3 million. But then if you look at obesity it kills almost 3 million people per year?
  13. I do sense a little sarcasm, re the coral, but sadly you are absolutely correct?
  14. Every other country have implemented rules only affecting the Chinese apparently, Most are requiring a negative PCR test taken 2 days before traveling. Thailand in its 'wisdom' has decided to not discriminate and make everyone traveling be vaxed, giving 2 days notice, then in the last few minutes change their minds again? The saying 'couldn't organize a pis-s up in a brewery' springs to mind!
  15. A 'little chuckle' ? More like they are laughing their ass-es off?????
  16. Right, there is no mention of what happens? Its hard to comprehend that the Thai authorities have cobbled all this mess together, just to make sure they don't annoy China? Thailand must think its worth it, I bet the airlines don't?????
  17. I just saw that. Its getting weirder by the minute/hour? I can't imagine what the airlines think of this ever changing clown show?
  18. The problem here is that they keep changing their minds every few hours apparently? The airlines, check in staff, may well get confused, as I am?????
  19. Thanks for that. So this must mean on arriving in Thailand the authorities will be checking documentation, for vacccinations?
  20. You are probably right as soon as the see they are loosing money?
  21. I haven't seen the amendment. So will airlines allow non vaccinated passengers to travel?
  22. Quite the actual email takes seconds to inform the check in staff perhaps, then they have to read it and figure out what it means? We all know translating Thai to English doesn't always work? There is always a chance that it gets misinterpreted? To inform passengers may take a little longer, than a few seconds?
  23. Right, it all boils down to giving less than 2 days notice too change requirements to travel to Thailand was a moronic thing to do?Nobody has a chance to communicate the requirements to passengers and or properly explain to the check in staff? You can imagine this message being mis-translated into all the different languages at all the airlines world wide? Tomorrow is not a good day to be a check in person?
  24. Correct, check in staff have a pretty difficult job to do, dealing with all kinds of people, every day. They are at the 'sharp end of the stick' as it were? The instructions they get clearly can be misinterpreted, by some?
  25. Yes and giving the check in staff , worldwide, less than 2 days notice to change requirements for people traveling to Thailand? I bet the check in staff are real happy having to contend with angry passengers who haven't heard about the requirements. They may have been vaxed, but don't have a document proving it?
