    There are pros and cons to both renting and owning? If you own you are responsible, as in this case, for any fines etc, you must pay the common fees and and other fees, as is is a condo? And of course you are stuck with it until you can find a buyer. But you could rent it out? Renting, you can change condos easily, you are not tied down, but renting is 'lost' money at the end of the day?

    Surely if she thought she had been sexually assaulted she would go to the police and report it, they in turn would get a hospital to do a medical examination? Secure specimens etc. The police would arrest the alleged perp and question him? Was any of this basic stuff undertaken?

    How can you see into the future, they might change it again? Without knowing any details its difficult to figure out, but changing the rules retrospectively doesn't seem fair or legal?

    All bad zoos should be banned, but there are some exceptional ones that do a lot of good work in conservation and education, like the San Diego Zoo, USA

    Its all a misunderstanding obviously? This time it really could be, but an unprovoked attack is assault?

    There is no change of procedures at the IO's. Its true that some offices have been taking longer to issue 'visas' or length of stay, because there has been an influx of folks, like the Russions and others, that has backed up the system. The offices are in some cases, like Jomtien soi 5 are being overwhelmed and are taking a longer time to get thru the paperwork?

    Whilst it is a good decision, it didn't come from Biden, but the CDC? Lets hope Thailand takes the same precautions!

    There is nothing 'sinophobic' about it at all? There is a real threat that allowing millions of Chinese into Thailand is going to spread Covid, very rapidly, have you been watching the news? Whilst many people have been vaccinated the old especially are at great risk and the hospitals could be overwhelmed?
