  1. Guam, a US territory and could quickly move vaccine (paid with our tax money) to Thailand, is now selling vaccine to foreigners.

As a US citizen, I am appalled at this.  We cannot get to Guam from Thailand very easily considering flight times and quarantine time and but vaccine from Guam could be here in less than 24hrs.

  2. Was in Samui 3 days ago when they announced they were going to give AZ shots at a university for foreigners.  The size of the crowd made what we saw when we went to RAM this morning look like a book club meeting.  There must have been 700 or 800 (tried to rough count it) people in line and it was just a madhouse (especially when a hard rain came out of nowhere!).  This entire rollout has tarnished the image of Thailand as a medical destination and graphically points out just how inept the government is here and how their word does not mean squat.

Thanks, actually on Samui right now for short vacation and found out Samui has an excess of AZ vaccine.  Going in tomorrow to the hospital to see if I can get one.  Will post results of my effort.

Vacination place mobbed.  Lots of appts that were put off previously and others that would not take Sinovac.  They were accomodating handing me a form for the next shot in 4 days but leaving in 2.

How did you do the check? did you input your 13 digit number or your pink id/passport number.  I eventually received a 13 digit number, and just now input that and received the same message as you. However, when I input my pink id card number ( which is what I registered with, so depending on whether you used pink id or passport number ), input that number and see what result you receive. When I input my pink id number I receive appointment details, viz. date, time & hospital.

I'll try again with the passport number I signed up with.  On Samui at the moment and tried to get a shot this morning as the rumor was they had excess AZ, it was a huge mob at noon and was told they will not have enough shots for those already processed to get shots.  Spoke with a few people that basically said no one want Sinovac.

Guam quarantine will drop starting July 04 if passenger has a negative test result.  I did 2 week Guam paid quarantine in April before 1st Pfizer vaccination.  Can get vaccinated day of arrival now. Thailand quarantine still remains.

where did I say they only wanted people with pink id cards to register?  I didn't, so you've made a huge assumption with your comment.  I was suggesting that if you did happen to have a pink id card to try and register a 2nd time using the id card, nothing more, nothing less.  The other question is did you register on the "wall of CM" site.  If so you can check if your registration was successful. If it was your appointment( date, time & hospital ) will be displayed.

Had already checked wall of CM site after successfully registering, statement was I will receive an SMS or e-mail when an appt time becomes available and showed me my 13 digit registration number.

Understood. Quite a long trip. Guam is easier on the body and easier to work and stay on APAC hours. Zipair flights from Bangkok to Tokyo can drop the price of the  flights quite a bit.

Don't you have a week quarantine going into Guam and then 2 weeks coming back into Thailand?

I registered using my Pink ID card, perhaps that's why I received an appointment and not a 13 digit number. If you have a pink ID card try registering again, using your pink ID card instead of your passport #  and see if that makes a difference.

Don't have a pink card.  If they only wanted people with pink card, why allow us to sign up with a passport number?

Read my reply to a previous poster It is pasted here for your information:

"After you registered did you use the app ( "check registration" link ) to see that your registration was successful?  When selecting the link you input your pink ID card number/passport # ( whichever you used to register ) and if the registration was successful it displays your appointment details, viz. date, time & hospital.  My registration was successful, my appointment displayed and I did not receive any 13 digit code."

Used the website link for checking registraition using my passport number. It just shows me my 13 digit number and says I'll receive a text or an e-mail when appt ready.  I'll look for the app.

Was there an appointment date and place of vaccination given? If not, it isn't really registration.

Tough for them to give an appt date and time at this point in time when the Gov supply is erratic.  RAM Hospital here in CM has been informed that the Gov has ceased sending them any vaccine until further notice.  My guess is they want you to register, sort based on age and any LT maladies, then arrange appts as supplies become known.  Just to let you know, some Thai workers we know walked away from the actual vaccination when they found out it was going to be Sinovac and said please contact me when AZ shot available.  I will be doing the same if offered Sinovac.

  12. It is my 1st time applying for 90 day reporting online since the in person one.  The app and website act as though my 1st one was not registered, telling me to go the the local office.  I am about as far as you can get from my home local office right now and will not be that way for another month.  The local office (Samui) will not help since they say I am not registered at their office.  Will wait and try a few days from now as it seems the system is having problems.
