How can they carry on in government when the entire population knows they don't have a proper mandate from the people? I would have thought their best hope is to let the new coalition take power and sit back and watch as it disintegrates through infighting. Then a coup? Maybe a coalition government could act together long enough to change the constitution and deal with the Senate?

What is the current fee or charge for using a foreign debit or credit card at an AM in Thailand? I understand that Visa and Mastercard have one fee and AMEX has a lower fee. I have a Thai bank A/C so don't use my foreign card, but need to know for the future.
