Taking 3 small tubs of nam prik into UK via Heathrow
Apparently it wasn't smuggling, if you read the other posts - it was perfectly legal. "some people are beyond simple advice" - I think that says more about you than anything. THere was some good advice on this thread, which coupled with a bit of research helped - sadly yours was not amongst it.

QED - I never said I couldn't I just said I wouldn't for you....for the reasons you've just confirmed

Man Killed in Fiery Car Crash in Pattaya on Motorway
No because I already know from your response history that you don't understand the first thing about road safety.
-
Man Killed in Fiery Car Crash in Pattaya on Motorway
just a litany of the some ol' road safety cliches by people who think they know better and a few racist insults about Thai driving
-
Man Killed in Fiery Car Crash in Pattaya on Motorway
like most foreigners you compleltely misread the signs of road safety.

Man Killed in Fiery Car Crash in Pattaya on Motorway
THis is an incorrect statement - road safety, like gravity is a world constant how countries deal with it is very much worth comparing. Saying it is "just Thai drivers" - is an incorrect racist point of view.

Taking 3 small tubs of nam prik into UK via Heathrow
I don't think you really know much about nam prik. The kind I've got is a particular branded type from the South. There are so many varieties it is mind-boggling. As a 2rd gen banana-bender, I'm well aware of Australia's restrictions. Of course with the UK Brexit has thrown a spanner in works.

Taking 3 small tubs of nam prik into UK via Heathrow
Can you go away please? You are very irritating. You are now only addressing the question because you realise you didn't before and now only making suppositions.

Taking 3 small tubs of nam prik into UK via Heathrow
So my nam prik is in 5 tubs (not three) in one "gift pack". The weight is 0.3 kgs . It looks as if the product is acceptable. But whether what state it is regarded as I wouldn't know, so should be OK in check in bags?

Taking 3 small tubs of nam prik into UK via Heathrow
Can you find something else to do. You are being annoying and unhelpful. You obviously don't know that many airlines have changed the liquid quantities

The other answers seem bit cryptic or guarded....I'm surprised more aren't up in arms

Rayong dog owners seek justice as death toll of dog poisoning hits 36
We have no evidence, this is assumption. However dog ownership in Thailand does not follow traditional western patterns...which in themselves goes from lapdogs to 'Bullies" - dogs explicitly bred for violence. Many communities see Soi dogs as an asset as they act as guard dogs to their territories. Thailand has virtually no laws controlling ownership and use of animals and there is a lot of ignorance amongst owners.. a lot of it traditional. One has to wonder if the poisoner was a foreigner who found him/ herself at odds with these dogs. One problem with dogs is that once in numbers above 3, their behaviour changes into a pack mentality, and this tends to make them more aggressive. So what needs to be found out is why he had so many dogs and what they were used for and how they behaved. None of this is covered in the article

Pop up ads out of control?
I have now considerably reduced opening the ASEAN NOW site as I get SWAMPED with pop ups. Some ad for an airplane that takes 5 seconds to be cut appears about 3 times every visit as well as that I get various other pop ups that have to be closed before I can post. We are now getting a higher ratio of ads to forum content. This time I failed to get onto the news forum because of the ads and I've hung around to get onto this section.
