Next week will see if the police measures have any effect on the familiar gridlock in the Thai capital.

Enforcement is key, and that will be lacking to non-existent as with most other laws, rules and regulations. Sadly, I expect no change to the number of deaths and injuries regarding unrestrained vehicle occupants. I also expect motorcycle racing to continue unabated. It’s all just lip service to give the impression they’re doing something.
Be careful out there.-

If the photos in the report are correct, this the same building that went up in flames in 1997 killing nearly 100 (different hotel name back then) ?
Correct. I remember the report on the poor Korean woman on her honeymoon jumping to her death rather than being burnt alive. Awful.

Maybe it would’ve been more prudent to do that during the two years it was closed. Just a thought.

I wonder if anything would have happened had he not gone to the police station ????

It shows vaccination status and can be used in parts of Europe as well as in Thailand. It has a scannable QR Code which the yellow book does not. It is Mor Phrom records that are required in England to add Thai vaccines to the English system.
I used the yellow vaccine booklet to add my jabs to the UK system.

Although I haven’t experienced this, I guess the best solution would be to take the old documents to the MOPH and get a new yellow vaccine certificate, or go to the place of your vaccination and try to get a new paper certificate. Another way might be to carry your old passport with you, which would be the easiest solution.

Minus 204,000 baht I think ????- No 90 day reporting.
- No visa worries ever again.
- Not subject to future rule changes.
- Complete peace of mind.
- Makes life a whole lot easier.
- Worth every baht, IMO.-

Good to see he was wearing a mask, otherwise he could be in serious trouble.

I uploaded a screenshot of the SSO app to apply for the TP and it was fine.

I had an MRI at Prachachuen Imaging Group (www.mrithailand.com) in August 2019. It was 8,500 baht. It was in Bang Na though, not Pattaya. Good service and it got my frozen shoulder sorted out.

By the time the restrictions are lifted, everyone taking a long haul holiday this year will have done so, and to
countries that have already lifted them. It could be a year before those people in employment can take leave for another trip. Thailand is missing out massively. But I’m sure they think people are queuing up at airports as they dither ready to come here. They’re not.

Beware of those with a valve as you may not be protecting others.
From the above article:
“Masks with an exhaust valve do not prevent the spread of the virus to other people.”
