  1. You are just stating the truth and more like the other way blaming us even though the police know who is to blame.
  2. Total rollocks and yeah even when it is obvious to the police that a young Thai motor cyclist who passes on the inside and a car driver indicated turning left collides with it and a little scratch on the leg but have to pay 3K Baht!!!!
  3. Rubbish comment about most people getting more pension then the allowances and just beggar to differ that is all ok

NoDisplayName Yes I have been told that about the pink Id card but something about neing registered but it has the same number of digits for those who have Tin and explained my allowances higher than my income and no tax to pay and have gone up several times to my local Revenue Office. So no need to file a non-existent tax form but might go up one more time!!!
  15. Anyone with any further news on non-existent tax forms or any notification and saw someone via friend this morning and telling do not worry too much as if.
  16. How about all Nationalities gobbing all over the place and nothing done about that also?
  17. it isa question and answer with the UK and Thai;and
  18. Yes the difference is if straight to Thailand or not as per the wording
  19. Dta agreenent Thailand/ uk Yes some have a uk State Pension and some of us have it transfered by the DWP each month for years in to our Thai bank accounts while others have it sent to their UK bank Yes this is then taxable if transmitted to Thailand but those who have it direct to Thailand the funds are not accessible correct Yes, you are correct. Under the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between Thailand and the UK, the UK State Pension is generally only taxable in the country of the recipient's residence. For those who have their UK State Pension transferred directly to their Thai bank accounts, the funds are considered non-assessable income in Thailand and do not need to be declared on your Thai income tax form2. However, if the pension is first sent to a UK bank account and then remitted to Thailand, it becomes taxable in Thailand under the remittance basis of taxation. This means that any foreign income brought into Thailand during the year it is earned is subject to Thai taxes. If you have any more
  20. Yes, we and even the Thais call it just that but let's be pandemic and is known as a permission to stay by means of retirement and means the same thing, but could at a stretch be a tourist stamp for a year!!!
