Thank you Mutt and thought for a minute as it came out in English but can see the forms but no way convert to English as far as I can see!! Any ideas anyone apart from getting a Thai to convert Yes, looked at the general rd site and yes can see the Income Exemption Entitlement form but do not work here in Thailand but as salaries and pensions in top box ? Many people are going to lie low and in my personal circumstances my local Revenue office in Kanchanaburi have consistently stated to me that as I do not work here and my Income Exemption Entitlement is higher I do not need to file a form. Yes indeed they knew and I know about being here for 180 days but yes at first it appears we have to file but there is a clause and stating if your allowances are lower than income coming in to Thailand you do not file.

Agree but not easy if one has a Thai family and of course they make absolutely no allowance for this and when these tax experts are asked a simple question they do not but have you signed up and all about money, as usual.

Shock horrow see Themis Partners trying to charge 400Baht fir downloads of forms and surely these should be readily available and none at the Revenue and any ideas anyone, please

No none other than Carl and the local Revenue office and they do not know much more as far as when these forms come out and no did not pay for your information.

Got a pink ID card and Carl stated I could use but as there are no forms available in any case so at present can not amd will not!!1

I just want the non-existent PND90 form and the Exemption form but under the thresholds anyway and several times been advised by the local Revenue no need to file!!!

91 form clearly states from Employment and it states this on old forms!!

That is the point one can not do electronically as can not as do not need a Tin as told to me by the local Revenue several times but believe you can file a non-existant 90 form?

Yes the 90 form only and the Exemption/Allowance form but there are no forms to be downloaded anywhere???

No I do not and woul;d only want the none-existent 90 form and Exemtion/Allowance form

Lucky you as most of us are first- timers and can not on line or any other means as no forms 90 and 91 and the Exempt/ Allowance form???
