    It's amazing the way Thai people deal with extremely dangerous and even deadly situations. You would think something very minor happened. Destroy the dogs. That's it.

    It's a difficult problem to solve, as most motorcycles in Thailand have exhausts modified to make a very loud noise.

    Covid was a permanent thing for many Thai people. Especially where foreigners are involved. Don't be surprised to see Thais wearing masks and talking about covid in 50 years from now, long after the rest of the world has forgotten it.

    I can't imagine any foreigner who speaks Thai hiding that fact. They always seem desperate to let everyone know that they speak Thai.

    It's amazing the effect that someone going up against Trump has on people. They go from being completely unpopular with a history of doing things that people hate, to suddenly being super-intelligent, classy, saint-like people. Kind of like "the halo effect".

    I think most normal people would say that you did a wonderful thing. Some people just choose to see the bad because of something bad inside them. I'd be tempted to get another guitar, but maybe see if the teacher can keep it and take it there for the lessons.

    In your opinion... This claim is questionable. First, even if the OP had approached the mother and grandmother first and got their permission, it is likely that the drunken male family members would still have broken the guitar. Second, predators often have no difficulty befriending the family members of their victims and appearing/becoming fully trusted. You are so wrong.

    We did some pretty crazy stuff in Western countries a few hundred years ago too. All in the name of religion. You can kind of understand it, they're just a little behind us in terms of religion and education. It's doesn't make them bad, per se. You just need to remember this fact.
