I watched it on fmovies. -
Read somewhere that Pfizer will be available from Aug 10th onwards. Indeed MedPark started offering Pfizer from the 10th for the over 60’s. Of course what they want to give you when you show up is another matter. The theory that Pfizer has to be tested and sorted and will be available this week has been debunked as there are reports on FB of Pfizer being administered, the army officer/nurse debate is one example. I am visiting MedPark today with a “ Prefers Pfizer “ appointment, will report back later. Although I did register for expatvac I also made a MedPark appointment, not sure if the two have been amalgamated ?

MedPark Hospital - Will I definately get Pfizer ?

Are you older than 60 ?? -
So what did you get out of the 2020 Olympics?
Andrew Dwyer replied to ASEAN NOW News's topic in General Topics
It was indeed a good diversion from Covid and a good coverage on Thai tv ( basic Truevisions ). I particularly enjoyed the speed climbing, a great new addition I thought, not so much the skateboarding although I did admire the skills of the youngsters. The Olympics always has something for everyone I feel. Shame it is over, I could watch the various different sports everyday and , although I am a Brit, I didn’t really support any particular athlete, just pleased to see everyone giving their all !! If I had to say what was the least pleasant part I would say the closing ceremony which seemed to drag on forever, the rest of it …… excellent !! -

Similar experience: I was navigating the expatvac registration confusion which opened Sunday 1st Aug at 11am when someone stated MedPark were offering Pfizer to over 60’s. Scooted over to their site and booked for Wed 11th at 19.30 hrs ( Prefers Pfizer ). A few days later I received an email to say ( due to the curfew) I could now go anytime between 08.00 to 17.00 10th to 12th August. I believe expats who registered for the 13th or after received a similar email stating 08.00 to 17.00 13th to 20th August. Why they decided to bunch together the registrations I don’t know, hopefully it won’t result in a Bang Sue type overcrowding on the 10th and the 13th. Likewise, I requested Pfizer but have no knowledge of which vaccine I will actually be offered until I arrive there.

Before this goes way off topic, back to basics: [email protected] stated appointment slot would be sent by email. Tanee Sangrat stated that appointment slot would be sent by SMS , also stated could be email or SMS depending on responding agencies. No one is saying it is one or the other, only the possibility it could be one of either or even both. Therefore, don’t delete any emails or SMS message before checking.
-
The confirmation of registration email says it will send the appointment slot by email. Tanee Sangrat then stated in the video that the appointment slot would come by SMS. Then states by Twitter that: “SMS or email I understand that responding agencies in each area may be different. Please look at both channels.” You are clearly reading too much into this, it is purely some bad communication methods that we witness frequently in Thailand. I was only giving people the information that there’s a possibility that the appointment slot might now come by SMS and they should check both channels.

The Outsider ( 2020 ) 1 Season 10 eps 7.7 IMDb Jason Bateman stars as Terry Maitland a popular figure in small town US. Coach Terry is arrested in front of his little league baseball team and half the town for the murder of a young local boy. The evidence against him looks overwhelming but he claims to know nothing …….. could it be he is telling the truth ? Based on a Stephen King novel. -
Alive and well, he went to pastures new .

Literally finished watching that about 30 minutes ago. Thought it was very good, certainly a different type of police drama and I can also recommend -
Yes, and of course I got the same. But if you watched the video to which I was replying then you would see that he clearly states the appointment slot would be sent by SMS contradicting the email message. He also then followed that with a Tweet: ” Tanee Sangrat @SangratTanee · 20h SMS or email I understand that responding agencies in each area may be different. Please look at both channels.”

Yes, I think the ones who got immediate replies were Bang Sue/Astra Zeneca and probably had registered on another website previously. I am an hour north of Bangkok and signed up to the expatvac registration in the hope of getting something without facing the crowds at Bang Sue. During the initial confusion over the expatvac website ( last Sunday at 11.00am ) someone mentioned MedPark has Pfizer for over 60’s, so I registered and got an instant reply/appointment for Aug 11th. While this seems like my best option, and I may well have scuppered my chance of a expatvac appointment by doing this, I would still be interested in which locations expatvac vaccines will be available. While my location is an hour north of MedPark and Bangsue I imagine these will be my only options and curious to know what options will be available for those in Nakhon Sawan, Lampang, Kanchanaburi and of course Isaan etc, etc
-
Any idea of locations ? The ones that reported on here already seemed to be Bang Sue.

Another vote for the Sprouted ! Also like the Farmhouse Raisin Bread toasted with a slice of cheddar, or two !

Hmmm very strange. But it worked out well for you, I got an appointment for the evening of the 11th but now I can go anytime from 10th to the 12th. I do believe some people who had an appointment after the 13th can now go anytime between the 13th and 20th. It is never straight forward but hopefully we get the vaccine we wanted . NOTE: talking about MedPark.
-
Well on the way is the understatement of all time !, what are we at now 5.7% ? A reasonable program ( various vaccination centres ) and vaccines available across all of Thailand should be what he is aiming for, the overcrowding at Bang Sue did more harm than good, despite the camera angle ????

That’s the way i read it also and estimated that the notification will be this weekend or Monday 9th. But, now I see how it could also be read the other way .

Interesting I booked an appointment with MedPark for Wed 11th Aug at 19.30 . ( prefers Pfizer). A couple of days later I got an email stating I can go from 10-12th August at anytime between 08.00 to 17.00 hrs. -
Yes, it’s messed up. All we can do is check for emails and SMS message. We are entirely in their hands …………… and that’s scary ????
