Public use is out of control, people were openly smoking weed on the beach on Koh Larn over the New Year no one smokes cigarettes on the beach but the weed smokers appear to think they are exempt from that.

Visa and Mastercard are separate entities from banks, any disputes are dealt with by them not the bank who issues the card.

If a Mastercard or Visa Debit card they cover the costs but all the same as a credit card would do.

Cards will be phased out in the near future abd payments will be made using QR Codes, even the food carts have them now.

There have been cases in the U.K. more so in car parks where you can pay by QR Code, fraudsters have been sticking false QR Codes over the original directing the money to their bank account.
