And still, per your link, after ten years, nine NATO countries have not satisfied their commitment, Still love your weak, limp-di*k leftist small-t Trump protest.
-
Yet NATO allies had agreed to spend at least 2% of GDP, many of which have not.

You are being dishonest. Yes, overall, if you include (per your link) the countries that are over 2%, including the US, Poland and Greece which are over 3% to subsidize the nine countries that are below 2%, including Spain & Belgium at ~1%, Canada & Italy at ~1.5%.

I never said nor meant to imply that the President had final/dictatorial authority over what the government does, only that that he has dictatorial power over the Executive branch, as long as he is acting within the law. Yes, both Congress and the Supreme Court can overrule the President. Checks and balances, as it should be. For example, if Trump tried to forgive student loans, the court would likely strike that down as unconstitutional, and Trump would have to decide whether to abide by the court's decision, or circumvent the court.

I understand all of that, and it is all true. But it does not make being being a CEO of a software company a conflict of interest. You seem to be confusing conflicts of interest with participating in blatant criminal activity. If what you are saying is that a smart IT guy with access to the system can steal data and use it for personal gain, that is true, but it's still not a conflict of interest. Any smart IT guy with access to the system, of which there are many, could do the same thing. I am not concerned that Elon is going to steal data and sell it. You are, I get it. But there will be issues that are conflicts that I expect will be identified. Everything seems to be pretty out in the open so far. You think Elon and Trump are stupid, greedy and evil. We disagree on that.

I believe that is all nonsense. He has not eliminated any opponents and silenced none of his critics. What is your timeline for when he starts executing the judges? When that starts, I'll be with you. Incidentally, all the major social media was on board with Obama, Biden and Harris, why not concern then.

Why did you snip my post? Again, Are you against using AI to find people with money they have illegally and ferreting out tax evaders? Do you Just want to hire more people and let them work from home? A lot of Republicans would support a flat tax or some-such, it's the left that is against it. I say set up an AI program that identifies returns that are suspect. But you're not going to catch many 1%ers evading taxes, you'll just catch a bunch of small business owners. Just change the pay structure at the IRS such that they get a base pay of $30K and 10% of the fraud they recover. The top 1% of wage earners pay 40.4% of the total federal income taxes paid The top 5% of wage earners pay 61.0% of the total federal income taxes paid The top 10% of wage earners pay 72.0% of the total federal income taxes paid The top 25% of wage earners pay 87.2% of the total federal income taxes paid The top 50% of wage earners pay 97% of the total federal income taxes paid The bottom 50% of wage earners pay 3% of the total federal income taxes paid Bernie Sanders is a fool, and taxing assets is moronic.

I'm not blaming Democrats, I thank them for Harris-Walz, and I hope they run the same team in '28 because I want Vance to win. It seems to me that Trump is trying to do 90% of what he said he would do when he ran. You hate Trump because he lies about his golf game, so you'd be willing to flood the country will illegal aliens, let men in girls' showers, and mandate people be hired based on skin color and or gender. I just want to be clear, that's what you would have voted for. Trump is trying to stop all of that, and the left is trying to keep it all going.

Yeah, everyone on the left loved them some Russia back then. Iran too.
