    What's telling about the whole thing is that if the leftists at yahoo and US New actually believed the right coming out against the woke idiocy was hurting Republicans, they never would have run the headline. The headline would have been: "More Americans View Woke as an Insult than as a Complement."

    If double-glazed windows are not gas-charged, condensate will collect inside. Over the years the lower half of the window will get milky/dirty looking inside, and you can't clean them. When you see a nice building with a lot of windows and one window looks crappy, it will be because it lost its charge.

    Now you've switched from biggest cost in manufacturing to biggest cost of doing business. Less than 10% of total US labor is in manufacturing. Why do you think most all Japanese and European auto manufacturers have plants in the US?

    It is pretty easy to see when double-glazed windows have not been gas-charged. No shortage of fine quality products manufactured in Thailand.

    I can say with absolute certainly that labor costs are generally not the biggest expense in US manufacturing. But they are generally the easiest cost to control.
