Eat one big meal, and one smaller meal inside 5 hours window. Eat less carbs, and more protein and vegetables. Works combined with weight training combined with padling and rowing. Less walking and hiking unfortunate because of the nature of living in Thailand. To hot and not many places I find locally for more often routine.
Clean food, fish, beef, lamb, raindeer (sorry santa) moose, dear, and try to stay out of most farmed animals when can avoid it. Hard in Thailand thow.
