When I taught at Mahidol, the students enrolled there almost exclusively came from these schools and a few others not mentioned. Their oral and written preparedness was solid enough, mostly. But they had virtually no other academic qualifications. That is, their knowledge base was shallow, reasoning and research skills non-existent. At least three quarters had never been to a library. All written assignments had to be carried out in class. Otherwise, they simply would cut and paste from Wikipedia. Whatever the salary is in these schools, it is too high. Parents paying too much. They wuz robbed.

This article is basically a conspiracy theory complaining about conspiracy theories. I used to attend lots o Democratic conventions as a delegate back in the 1970s. The sort of things this topic describes are routine convention politics. And frankly it would be a good thing to see Trump ousted at the Republican convention through whatever the rules allow. (He did this last election, too, btw, when he promised to cancel DACA on "day one" but instead on "day one" came out of a plane with his daughter and actually proposed expanding DACA.) Trump has no core beliefs. And Biden's beliefs are bad. Not to mention that Herman Munster displays more agility and alertness than Biden. Only RFKjr can save the country.

This is the definition of a colony. Thailand is becoming a colony that exports its raw materials and agriculture to the mother country and in return receives manufactured goods. So its own manufacturing shuts down. This also explains the trade deficit with China. (And why things like durian are so much more expensive for Thais than in the past.)
