My sister and her husband and daughter want to come over ina few months to visit ,what are the rules now ,i believe onleaving the UK they have to have a test before boarding ,but now on arriving and coming to stay with us in Pattaya what do they have to do ? Anyone know the rules now? And do you reckon they will change soon ?

Its so obvious now,it tends to put people off ,in the past i had no problem whatsoever if ,there was someone ,gay,mixed race marriage ,disabled ,etc etc ,but now they try to shoehorn them all in or put people who would not have been there in olden days series and it sticks out like a sore thumb ,so that is why so many people do not want it ,shoved down our throats,we watch tv for entertainment not virtue signaling .

Just watched the first episode of a new series Viking valhalla,never knew that the vikings had a black female leader,wow learn something new every day ,apart from that after watching the first episode i can say ,its cr-p as is the acting so ive sent it to valhalla.

Just watching a new series called magpie,its about a writer who writes thrillers but dies before he finishes the book jumps back and fore between the story and the agent trying to track down the last chapter,quite enjoying it ,mind you in the 50s story bit it ticks all boxes mixed race couple ,black vicer and plenty of coloured village residents,goodness knows why they have to do this ,its so silly.

People are right when they say dont take sleeping tablets,you dont get natural sleep and feel like <deleted> the next day . About 5 months ago i complained to my heart specialist about having foot problems ( can be a by product of heart trouble) anyway he gave me gabapentin, it is used for many problems,but did not work ,however it has a side effect it makes you sleep,and its natural sleep,google it i take a 300mg tab 3 hrs before bedtime and sleep so well ,you can buy them at a pharmacist and they are not expensive,check out sleep and Gabapentin in google ,believe me they have been a lifesaver .
