    All heads of the FBI have historically been Republicans, the tough-on-crime guys. Why wouldn't they investigate crime?

    I wrote an email to the office in Bangkok [email protected] and told them i wanted an appointment on one of 3 days. I said i prefer 9am. They replied in 30 minutes. I can't say the Chiang Mai office is the same though. Good luck.

    You can request an appointment on the date and time you want and they seem very accommodating.

    Why hasn't Thaksin been arrested n Hong Kong? Perhaps no one takes Thai jurisprudence seriously?

    The death penalty is supposed to be a deterrent. How can it be called that if people are caught and executed regularly? Don't tell me there would be more smugglers if not for the death penalty. There is no evidence to prove it. Why isn't more effort made to help turn people off drug taking? Aren't they the reason for smuggling?

    I doubt Trump would pardon a competitor for the presidency. If Trump is convicted, he should do the time.
