I have used Tordon RTU in the US to kill unwanted tree saplings, it required no mixing or dilution. You cut off a couple of branches or scrap off some bark and apply it to the exposed cuts. It enters the sap system and kills the whole tree. Depending on the size of the tree, it may take up to 2 weeks before results appear. If successful the leaves will drop first, a second application may be required do to the size of the tree. If you instead cut the tree down, you can apply it the stump and it will kill the root system. Over time, the stump can then rot away, be burnt out or chopped up. I am not an expert on flow rates and pump pressures required for your project. But I doubt your pump is capable of pushing water 100 meters and then up to an elevated tank. Most Hitachi and compatible style pumps are designed to pump water a certain distance horizontally or vertically but definitely not at the same time.

Rainwater contains a lot of airborne and surface contaminates. Your 2-stage filter process might be okay for washing and cleaning, but I myself wouldn't drink it. I filter our well-water using a 3-stage system for our home and a separate 5-stage system for the drinking water.
