  1. Most likely reports detailing BBL requiring folk to make zero withdrawals for 4 months if requiring Bank Letter for annual extensions and signing bogus form to agree to that
  2. Avoid Jomtien. They can make the Non O from visa exempt impossible by requiring the 800k in bank for 2 months seasoning when the actual rule requires only funds in bank on day of application. He will use TM87 form. Here is thread on visa exempt to Non O at CW. https://aseannow.com/topic/1331945-documents-for-changing-visa-exempt-to-non-immig-o-at-cw/
  3. Your point. Most likely would not be required on arrival. If demanded you could purchase throw away ticket. As stated. It's an airline thing at departure.
  4. Application fee 50k baht. If you use company to assist then + 50k
  5. He won't be going to Cambodia via bus currently. In any event the airline requires flight. He can rent a ticket on the net. Takes couple of minutes. Obviously requires WiFi and payment method He could do that if airline insists on onward flight. Google "onwardticket.com"
  6. Answering this way as a message to others.... If you are going to immigration for example a 30 day extension then obtain a TM30 from reception of hotel where you are staying. This is very easy for them to do. https://share.google/images/PdKd5dYOk14IqZfvT
  7. No. Thai immigration upon arrival by air in Thailand would very rarely ask to see onward flight. It's an airline thing at departure flying visa exempt to Thailand
  8. 60 days. Be aware that airline at departure may/will require onward flight.
  9. So your plan is to obtain a new Non O. Are you obtaining that in Thailand or Cambodia.
  10. Ignore the reminder email. There is no link between TM47 and exiting or entering Thailand. Work out your new due date yourself. Good option is to type into google entry date plus 89 days. Few different sites will spit out new due date. Then count back 15 days for date window opens for report. By way of example type "September 2 2025 plus 89 days" When you do... Google spits out "Today is September 2, 2025 so that means that 89 days from today would be November 30, 2025"
  11. You are jumping at shadows. BTW if you are worried about Thai Bank account being frozen (whatever that means) then why you transferring funds to Thailand. What type of permission of stay do you have for Thailand. Extension from Non O etc or... What specifically are you referring to other than nonsense from BBL.
  12. Yep... I looked into it. Short of the 80usd per annum income. Anyway ignore one post earlier bagging the LTR. For those that have obtained one the universal reports are basically best thing they ever did. One report of guy using good company in Bangkok to assist. This the company charged something like 50k. Most others, canned that using an agent was good option and that the process was not difficult. For others don't misinterpret the word "agent" The agent/company cannot get around the 80usd. Good luck . BTW. Just my opinion I would completely disregard taxation concerns. Didn't concern me when the tax was first hit the news and still does not.
  13. Your post has nothing to do with obtaining a Non O outside of Thailand as per the OP. As for the TM30 issue, suggest the io simply wanted a TM30 (not uncommon) and you did not provide one.
  14. There is a wealth of information on the net. Includes sites and even videos. Google "LTR Thailand" and do some research. Here is just one result as an example. LTR Visa Thailand | Long-Term Resident Visa Thailand https://www.thaiembassy.com/thailand-visa/thailand-long-term-resident-ltr-visa# If you feel that you can meet the criteria then form list of specific questions.. Your OP really just seems a tyre kicking exercise. Here is example of the many threads on AseanNow.. https://aseannow.com/topic/1345219-ltr-visa-stoked/ Be aware the financial requirements cannot be fudged.
  15. Told Who by. Agents are obtaining annual extensions. Is your bank BBL. Where are you located. OP, you currently have existing thread regarding this. Ask questions in that thread. Thread closed
  16. I agree with this post and also with your previous post. Years back I assisted my Thai gf to obtain a tourist visa for Oz. At the time we had been together for one year. She didn't have compelling reason to return to Thailand nor a worthwhile job. Point of the story is that she obtained the tourist visa and a couple more since and I wonder why the OP partner was unsuccessful. Seems the agent did a poor job. It isn't that difficult. Oh and we did not use agent.
  17. I guess it all depends on OP situation re needing to work ongoing in Oz or not. I'm curious about (now Thai wife) ability to visit Oz as eg tourist visa during period of application for another category.
  18. OP, you have good advice above. The options I listed were for visits to Thailand during the whole process. ie other options than the standard visa exempt entry. And of course that could at some point return to 30 day stamp.
  19. You obtained a 60 day visa exempt stamp. You can obtain a 30 day extension to that permission of stay. Once your marriage is registered in Thailand you can obtain 60 day extension to visit Thai wife. You at some point can obtain a Non O marriage eVisa from outside of Thailand. Laos good option. That non O provides a 90 day stamp. After that entry you could obtain another 60 day extension to visit wife as the entry with the Non O would be new entry. (Not reentry) If you don't have a Thai bank account in your name only then obtaining a Non O would facilitate obtaining one. If you decide on obtaining a Non O the OP in this thread may help as he is obtaining Non O marriage in Laos. https://aseannow.com/topic/1370472-application-for-non-o-90-day-visa-at-savannakeht/
  20. One added point. When you get to payment (last item) there is option to review application. Pay particular attention to duration between the enter and valid until date. You are looking for 30 or 90 days depending on what option you selected. Unlike eg a tourist visa to Thailand where the 60 day stamp may be outside "enter before date".
  21. In other words meaningless thread.
  22. Why is account frozen ? Are you referring to BBL bogus form to maintain funds for 4 months
  23. Yes. Part of the application indicates past visits. Just fill that in. Prior to e-Visa I used to obtain four multiple entry TV for Vietnam (each 90 days) for the year. No issue.
  24. You do not need to have/provide return/onward flight. You do need to state exit date. Now here's the trick... Even if you were only staying a few days... Put exit date 30 days after entry date. That's for 30 day tourist visa. That way the e-Visa will have entry date you did on application and "until date" 30 days later. If you make mistake counting and enter more than 30 the form just rejects and asks to provide date within 30 days from entry
