  1. The change of address does not reset 90 day report. When is 90 report due. When you move to Bangkok do a new TM30. You next extension will be obtained at CW immigration. They may ask for lease and TM30
  2. The OP is not trying to transfer exemption entry stamp. He requires transfer of Non O/O-A information and eg current extension, reentry permit etc
  3. Fortunately it seems in this case (Norway) that folk have been given plenty of advice/notice for forward planning. If wanting to continue with income method then start doing the monthly transfers. OR get funds in order for "money in bank" option. Welcome to the club. A growing number of countries
  4. For income method (not you) A suggestion recently from expert poster that you request the 12 month statement in Thai. This does not concern you as you do not need to show funds from abroad using "money in bank method" For those using "income method".. Need to show transfers from abroad.
  5. Yes, but I doubt that in the extreme. At a guess it's down to bunch of folk (Russian according to article) that obtained BBL accounts via agents in places such as Phuket.
  6. "....financial institution in Southeast Asia, has reportedly begun freezing accounts and blocking bank cards of Russian nationals who do not meet new eligibility criteria a move that started around May 25" The above is cut/paste from article. Note Russian.
  7. What you are after is 12 month bank statement from BBL. (not bank letter) Bangkok Bank (unfortunately take few days to provide that. Apply early and submit it on day of application for extension. It has a validity of 7 days. The bank Letter can also be obtained early. It's simply a statement that you are account owner and balance on day of issue. 200 and 100b respectively
  8. @Khun RobertoRoberto what you outline is fine however I'm too conservative. Would prefer to satisfy both methods 1. Funds in bank (stand alone) + 2. Combo method. Then for next extension outline plan to move to combo only for the July 2026 extension. You can withdraw the 400k as you outlined however I would put that back in for the two months prior to next extension. Folk will tell you not required to go back up to the 800k. That's correct, however I like the idea of all bases covered. Currently I'm changing from money in bank to income method. In line with what I posted... I will satisfy funds in bank + 12 monthly deposits. Obviously check with your immigration office that they accept combo method. Few don't.
  9. Opening a bank account on tourist visa in past years was not difficult. Also well know companies and agents provided that service. Often with BBL that included insurance policy. Bangkok Bank were one of the strictest and even folk with Non O often told to obtain a COR. In addition to thread being nonsense...what about folk that previously had extensions from a Non O and now have changed. eg To tourist visa or DTV etc .. Those accounts frozen. It's a nonsense
  10. I love the first sentence... "Saw something about this on a Facebook group" Rubbish
  11. Seems you were refused entry. That does not involve "blacklisted" You were not even admitted into India. So what are you asking? Where are you currently? What is PP country? You ask about "nomad visa". Assume you mean DTV.
  12. So true. I love Thailand and bit critical of folk complaining. However seriously...in Oz I can order online and for modest total amount $ can have home delivery.
  13. Thanks for the reply. The tgf and I just chit chat. There is mar/par couple doors up which is option. Just drop the fancy beer and get basics from them. Good friends with that shop so it's an option. Also no 2-5pm rubbish I'm central Bangkok.
  14. Can I bump this with similar question. We have a 7/11 across the road. Really helpful staff. So the Thai partner would ring them and place order (before 2pm) and pay online. The 7/11 a little bit later would deliver boxes to front door. Brilliant. Now they just informed her...need to come to shop in person and pay and leave with purchase. They do assist trolley across road So finally my question: does anyone have suggestion for delivery. We get bulk water delivery etc but the issue is with alcohol. Ta.
  15. That's correct. In fact you can just show 12 month bank statement from Kasikorn. Tip: request the statement in Thai language.
  16. I don't send amounts under 100k baht however yesterday I did. 42k baht. Time taken 3 minutes. Unusual as it's usually instant. I have not registered my sim #
  17. No issue. You won't have an issue. Just be prepared with Thai immigration if they ask something ridiculous such as accommodation etc have a prepared reply.
  18. That has previously been suggested. In reality it's a joke. You need money to live in Thailand. Recycling money idea is a nonsense.
  19. You need to emphasize one thing. You showed WISE transfers for 12 months. That's all that was required. The citizens of countries that do not provide income letter can show transfers. No problem
  20. And that's why it's a very good option. Personally I'm still using the 800k in Thai bank. Often feeling stupid about that.
  21. That applies to first extension. Ongoing ....citizens of the countries you mention can provide 12 monthly transfers from abroad for income method no problem
  22. OP, what is your question. You spent 4 nights out of province and now return to usual place of residence. Guessing you are asking if you need to do a TM30. Answer: ask Rayong immigration. Should not be required however some offices run to beat of own drum.
  23. Money well spent. There is not really good options for elderly frail expats living in Thailand when it comes to annual extensions.
