  1. In that case a border bounce to Cambodia would be good option. One option would be mini break. Go to Pattaya and combine a visit to Pattaya with minivan company. Here is good report: https://aseannow.com/topic/1312731-border-run-pattaya-to-cambodia/
  2. Where are you located. Assume Bangkok?
  3. Well done. Think earlier posts advised that while still married you cannot opt to do extensions based on support of Thai child. I understand immigration on that. Really good to see it seems to getting to a "settlement" Good luck
  4. Yes, I recall that very sad event in2014. Of course in places such as Japan... (Shinkansen) Bullet trains you can chill with a drink + food. Back to thread ....thinking the options all covered and discussed.
  5. To each their own. I wouldn't do either. From Bangkok I would choose flight to Udon Thani. Off topic: can you consume alcohol on train you mention? I'm aware that it was banned on line Bangkok to hua Hin
  6. https://aseannow.com/topic/1343549-need-to-spend-two-days-in-laos-ay-at-chiang-saen-crossing/ Your previous thread explaining father situation did you consider option of flying out and return to obtain 60 day stamp
  7. Yes. My most recent extension (retirement) was Nov 5 and I had no issue making appointments few weeks prior. I made back to back appointments for TM47 and annual extension. Tip for others: if doing 90 day report in addition to extension you must do extension first. As I posted earlier no appointment is not end of the world. Many suggest go very early to obtain que ticket to obtain que ticket. Personally I never do that.
  8. You have correct link to appointment. You can only book one month in advance so wait till closer to expiry of current permission of stay I also just tried. Same issue.. If appointment not possible even closer to expiry then you could try this...(has worked for me when appointment not possible) Arrive CW just prior to lunch break to obtain que ticket. Then use lunch break to obtain the "banking stuff" and do photocopies etc level 1. The ticket allows you to enter quickly at 1pm.
  9. Good point. Fortunately for OP he mentions .... " I have a ticket to go home on December 2nd."
  10. Google "Spanish embassy" for address etc. From web Follow these steps Step 1: Email the embassy. Step 2: Wait for a response and file a police report. Step 3: Go to your appointment. Step 4: Collect your emergency travel document.
  11. He should obtain police report. That's the normal process. Immigration will not be required. Also time is of the essence.
  12. You don't require copies of pp. The police report is just part of the process. Required by your embassy to issue emergency travel document. The police will not inform immigration. No mention of overstay. Immigration at airport will take you to desk to pay fine and give overstay stamp. That part of it is no big deal. Happens more often than some would think
  13. OP. You must have the required funds for fine paid at airport. It's 500b per day capped at 20k baht. How long currently is overstay
  14. Passport country? https://aseannow.com/topic/1119718-lost-passport-with-overstay/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1323085-overstay-and-new-passport/
  15. No. Seems visa exempt entry. Was it border bounce? Previously eg roster workers were living Thailand visa exempt entries. Immigration at Thai airports seem now to question this. On face value thinking continue with Agent not bad idea. You did not answer which immigration office (unless I missed it)
  16. Post advising OP in what way. The thread has clear advice for options. OP @Cameroni despite being in forum recently has not contributed to own thread
  17. Some posts removed. Reminder: post with disguised bad language is against forum rules.
  18. DTV age requirement is 20+
  19. You have a TM47 receipt. It will have next "due date" for 90 day report. 90 report at most immigration offices sould not require a TM30. I did 90 report at CW Nov 5. No TM30. You can also opt to do 90 report via mail. BTW you are living in Thailand on extensions of permission of stay, not a non O visa.
  20. Have you looked into DTV recently introduced visa option. Are you 50 yr +
