  1. Yes I realize that.. The thing is , it seems that you have pointed out to immigration that you are still married and yet seem prepared to issue 12 month extension based on parent of Thai child.
  2. So you obtained a non O in Vientiane based on Thai child It's good that the immigration office would facilitate 12 month extension based on parent of a Thai child while still married. Some offices would make you do the extension based on marriage if still married.
  3. If onward flight required you would step away from desk and obtain a ticket either by "rent a ticket" or cheap throw away ticket..
  4. The denied entries at BKK and DMK became an issue in 2019. As posted earlier with a 7 day stay in Vietnam a second visa exempt entry should be fine. Include onward flight within the 60 days as airline may require that.
  5. Spam OP post. Thread closed.
  6. Airline would not ask for onward flight if you had a Visa or reentry permit. Visa exempt is different. Suggested alternatives discussed in this thread and many others.
  7. A METV visa provides up to 9 months stay. Granted each entry gives a 60 day stamp that can be extended by 30 days. Obtained in passport country or country where you have permanent residence status
  8. Up till recent times a TM47 was required for COR at CW. In very recent times reports of folk obtaining a COR without TM47. Great for folk on tourist visas etc Not sure about Samut Prakan. I'm my experience I have obtained certificate of residence at CW just with a TM47 and photocopy of photo page pp. The list that you quoted contained several things not required. Photos one example. Here is form CW uses https://aseannow.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=439173
  9. Should be fine. Note: airline will ask for onward flight. I fly often to Saigon and they always want to see my reentry permit to fly to Thailand. A week out is good plan.
  10. In the main that the airline at departure may require proof of onward flight if entering visa exempt. Can also be asked by immigration at arrival airport. This is not required for those folk with a visa or reentry permit.
  11. Did you consider eVisa https://www.evisa.gov.kh/ Edit: incorrect link.
  12. It's 3 months after application at all immigration offices and as you outlined and 2 months prior. There are couple of offices requiring 3 months prior.
  13. Required to maintain 800k for THREE months after extension granted then not below 400k and back up to 800k for TWO months prior to date of next application for extension.
  14. If denied entry you will end up paying for the flight to exit Thailand. In most cases that will be back to where you departed from. Failing that back to passport country. Note not saying airline never pays.. The onward flight be that rent a ticket or throw away real ticket is useless. I can post pictures of "holding area" for Bangkok airports however thinking against forum rules. It ain't pleasant. @Tod Daniels has complete summary in this thread https://aseannow.com/topic/1330417-ive-been-denied-entry-to-thailand-now-what/
  15. Off topic post and reply removed
  16. Why correct the obvious. The guy you quoted meant renew annual extensions from a non O-A
  17. Bit off topic but good chance to acknowledge the great man ubonjoe. I'm not even remotely can be described as expert. Many guys better than my knowledge on this forum
  18. TM6 Not required. Leave field empty.
  19. Bottom line....you were admitted to Thailand?
  20. And you ignore it. The field is currently not required. Along with TM47 etc Did you read thread. No
  21. What don't you understand. Entry via air NO TM6 required. Entry via land SOME crossings Do require TM6. (simple quick form to fill in)
  22. Off topic post removed
  23. OP, added note....some forms and even things like online reporting may still have a field for the TM6. Just ignore it. Leave blank
  24. I believe Phuket has that "arrangement"
