  1. There never was a fast track in Zone 2. Yes it's clearly signed. Ignore the red square in this pic.
  2. Using income method for extensions based on retirement you will need to show 12 monthly transfers. Some folk currently using funds in the bank would need to plan ahead and run both options at the same time. At the point where you can show 12 months of transfers at time of applying for extension then no problem Many immigration offices will just want to see the bank book or bank statement to show proof of 12 transfers. Personally I would avoid the combination method. In reality some immigration offices don't accept it
  3. Jomitien has their own rules. Eg for 12 months extensions processed at Jomitien the agent will have you tag along to immigration. Google "Maneerat" located Soi 13/2. They will advise you on phone or Line cost and procedure for 30 day extension to VE stamp entry.
  4. Yes. In fact some agents even do a pick up drop off service. Which immigration office. If you do it yourself you need a TM7, photo and some basic photocopies of pp and most likely TM30+ 1900b
  5. The limit of 2 visa exempt via land per calendar year rule has been removed. Also visa exempt entry now provides 60 day stamp and can be extended at immigration by 30 days (1900 b)
  6. What type of extension are you asking about. If 30 day extension the agent can do that without you. OR are you asking about obtaining a non O retirement and subsequent 12 month extension. BTW: visa exempt entry currently provides 60 day stamp
  7. Are these reports from folk using border bounce agents (minivan runs) ?
  8. Calm down. The OP does not have a valid visa. Seems he has a reentry permit that protects the validity of his permission of stay. Was a simple question....will airline or immigration request an onward flight? Answer: No
  9. What is your point TM30 is required for change of address. TM47 is required if staying longer than 90 days in Thailand. What bit don't you understand
  10. I suggest you know nothing regards how things will pan out in 2025. Just puffing chest
  11. Stop making stuff up from your imagination. Guess you are aware that for years that agents have avoided financial requirements for extensions. Find your posts naive at best. All your posts are guess work. That translates to scaremongering in my book.
  12. You are not a tax expert. Along with no idea how Thailand can remotely enforce tax collection. It hardly even works in western countries.
  13. This thread has been moved to business finance forum that has extensive tax discussion. By accident i did not post link to change. Move to there to continue your input.
  14. No. Your post is laughable. Absolute nonsense. "Prevented from leaving" Provide proof of ridiculous claim.
  15. Good luck with Thailand enforcing the "changes" in the OP situation.
  16. As already pointed out. With a visa or a reentry permit an onward/return ticket is not required.
  17. My experience little different. BBL often still insist on certificate of residence. Not possible at CW without TM47. Have assisted folk at Kasikorn with non O. SCB note do not have branch at CW . While one of 3 banks that deal with 2mil limit transfers using WISE. Not best option imo
  18. For some folk without a Thai bank account it's useful to obtain the single entry non O outside of Thailand as it makes opening a Thai bank account possible without use of agent.
  19. Nothing wrong with that plan. Fact is the OP can bounce and obtain 60 day VE can apply for 30 day extension+ 60 extension to visit wife etc etc. Or can obtain non O at any time at local immigration office.
  20. Out of interest did you obtain a 12 month extension from the non O
  21. Yes This attached thread outlines process. Even easier now with visa exempt 60 days https://aseannow.com/topic/1315828-visa-exempt-to-90-day-non-o-spouse-visa-conversion-in-thailand/
  22. Just let your agent handle it. Many folk use agents for financials. The agent will be aware of the process. The bankbook check at CW is new.
  23. So to be clear..,...you do not provide your own money for the financials. An agent does that? Are your stamps issued in Hua Hin
  24. I had my stamps transfered to new pp few months back at CW. I use money in bank method for extensions retirement. The io wanted photocopies of pages of my bankbook and also made me go to bank and update. When I mentioned that this was never previously required, she said "Need"
