  1. Sorta lost track of what your asking. You need to show immigration 12 month of bank statements dating back from date of application for next extension. That sometimes involves another bank account. I have seen first hand the io checking my bankbook to look back to the two months previous to my last extension application date.
  2. Tip for anyone without access to print shop etc Walk into any small business. With a screenshot of your eVisa in phone and email it to the business and ask them to print. Give em say 100b and that's it.
  3. Don't think it's worth worrying about. For example a certain immigration officer has good look in bank book back to months prior to last extension that there may be an issue. That is why eg I suggest even opening new bank account for those that exit Thailand and start over. In any event you have the funds in bank and shouldn't be a problem to obtain extension If for some reason there is a problem just border bounce and start over. Hopefully not required..
  4. Some immigration offices also want 12 month bank statement. For sale of 200b cost it's a good idea. Immigration can be fussy. In my case at CW I had couple of months with no activity. Immigration demanded 12 month bank statement. This often happens with those that use a dedicated bank account for immigration purposes. No problem as I use Kasikorn and could obtain on the spot.
  5. To be fair the airline staff and immigration need to check very carefully the details on the eVisa print out to passport hence need for hard copy. A screenshot would not be practical
  6. You will need print out (hard copy) for immigration and also for airline if you're obtaining boarding pass.
  7. Here is a thread. In my first post I list 3 additional thread links. They cover what's required. They should also mention form TM87. You need "Bank letter". This is simply letter from bank that lists you as owner and balance at time of printing. 100b Yes you provide bank book and photocopies. A TM30 and lease would be sufficient. You apply where you live. Note: if you apply for the Non O in Bangkok that's where you apply for your 12 month extension. In subsequent years you can change address and obtain extensions in another provience. Also: There are photocopy shops on Level 1. That is also where the banks are. If you present your passport and bankbook to then they know what photocopies you need.
  8. Sadly thinking your experience will be the norm for folk with DTV.
  9. Excellent report. Thankyou. Without being negative your success in the 5yr with DTV may have been fortuitous. After all they initially indicated only 2yr would be issued. In any event you got the 5 so good news. Some folk posting only 2 so seems hit and miss. BTW some of your cost were little high side. 505b should have been for TDL. The medical from clinic ~100b. Not important.
  10. I always suggest this option ..."start over" If someone uses agent for the Non O + 12 month extension thats fine. One of the reasons may also to include bank account. In order to start DYI ....exit Thailand close to expiry of permission of stay (without reentry permit) and obtain visa exempt entry and obtain non O from that. Note the 800k would need to be shown to have come from abroad or have been in bank for some months. Would even suggest to having a new bank account.
  11. Seems you have applied for extension based on marriage and currently in "under consideration period" The funds should be maintained above 400k. Deposits and withdrawals can be made. Just keep balance above 400k
  12. Only at time of application. To apply for Non O you require 15 days remaining on permission of stay. CM 21. Phuket also. The Non O provides a 90 day stamp. After the funds have been in the account for two months, you can apply for 12 months extension. Which immigration office? Remember you can obtain 30 day extension to current permission of stay to buy time (1900b)
  13. That is not correct. You have a TM30 and a lease. That should be sufficient for annual extensions at new immigration office. Here is thread re change of address and yellow book. https://aseannow.com/topic/1256886-changing-tabien-banh-address/
  14. Will reply to this last bit as it covers best advice. Earlier you stated...."Yes I will be 50 on March 24th" So you are not even 50 currently. Don't know you obtain Non O previously. In any event shortly you will be 50. Also the bonus is that you have a Thai bank account in your name only. Best option for you (if you can afford it) is to obtain a Non O from visa exempt entry OR obtain a Non O outside of Thailand. S subsequently obtain 12 month annual extension. This allows for ongoing living in Thailand without issue. A Non O is single entry so you also obtain multiple reentry permit (simple). That covers you to exit and reenter anytime during course of your extension. Forget about the 90 days. Think you refer to that as in your mind a Multi Entry Non O .....no, I'm outlining a single entry Non O + 12 month extension. No need to exit at all unless you wish. That's where the reentry permit come in . Here is thread outlines o training Non O retirement in Thailand from visa exempt entry... https://aseannow.com/topic/1282251-visa-exempt-to-non-o-retirement-dates/
  15. You should be doing extensions where you live, so you will do change of address TM30 and start doing doing your extensions at immigration office in new province. Do you have lease for new residence
  16. Visa does not need to be a Non O can be eg a METV. What does that mean? What is passport country You can obtain a Non O inside Thailand from visa exempt entry. Does not require an agent however requires Thai bank account and money in bank. Don't think good option at this point. What is your future plans for travel to Thailand AFTER this visit. How long do you hope to spend in Thailand each time you visit
  17. Bottom line is that you were permitted to enter Thailand. Forget about the ticket you have March 15. You can leave anytime up till April 11. No issue when you exit Thailand. BTW: There would be no issue even if you had wanted to obtain 30 day extension. Regards the io stating.... next time have a Non O .... Are you 50+ yrs old?
  18. They will be closed. In any event it's no big deal to return for final stamp a day late.
  19. My understanding is CW closed Feb 12. No problem. Just go on 13
  20. So apply at your local Bangkok Bank branch say march 3 and you will have the statement to take to CW on March 10 .
  21. 6 month statement is provided by Bangkok Bank on the spot. You want a 12 month bank statement. That takes 3-5 days if you are in Bangkok. So you obtain the 12 month statement in the week prior to application. Do you understand now
  22. At CW you can apply for extension up to 45 days prior to expiry. Obtain your 12 month bank statement few days PRIOR to attending CW for extension application.
