  1. No skin off my nose. Not interested in giving advice. MFA has different data base to Thai immigration. Your history is available. In the main for MFA it's regarding the history of visas from outside of Thailand
  2. Yes my error. Had just posted in 90 report thread. TM47
  3. Hopefully someone with first hand experience will post. My guess is a No. Agents can assist safe entry at the major airports. So you have had 2 and already asking about a third. Smacks of visa exempt entry abuse to me.
  4. Source: สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง https://share.google/duWxyDRqPi5INxV8V
  5. Yep. Mentioned that a few, times. OP is best off obtaining the Non B outside of Thailand.
  6. https://aseannow.com/topic/1372455-changing-visa-from-tourist-to-non-b/ Thread link above discusses obtaining Non B in Thailand from tourist class. In particular read posts from @Tod Daniels and @BrandonJT Obtaining Non B Outside of Thailand less problematic.
  7. Just another example of different offices having particular requirements.. In the main just handing over pp is sufficient
  8. In general not required.. @brewsterbudgen deals with that office and can advise. If simple to provide TM30 then yes best idea
  9. My point was despite age... At a guess the child would live with mother after divorce. The OP should obtain a non B. Has not been active in own thread. No response = no advice
  10. What are asking. Overstay stamps are very common. If you have concerns then use "safe entry service" That would not be required however an option for approx 4k
  11. Do you know why that happened? Some suggest due to widespread money laundering etc. In any event to open a Thai Bank account you require Non O category. Not tourist status
  12. Isn't FATCA a USA thing. Why did I having Oz passport get the SMS I posted
  13. For your first extension season 800k for 2 months prior to application and maintain for THREE months after approval. Not below 400k after 3 months.. Back up to 800k 2 months prior to second extension. At time of first extension application commence monthly transfers of 65k+ For second extension you will show compliance with both money in bank and also with 12 transfers you will show compliance with income method. After that just monthly transfers required.
  14. You ask the same questions in many threads. Consider a METV eVisa. One each year.
  15. Don't follow the thread. Income does not need to be from pension. Why not have any pension/income paid into UK bank account then use WISE transfer to Thai bank account. Which immigration office are you dealing with. Some offices are ignorant.
  16. Few weeks per visit with time between visits should not be an issue. It's the 30 day extensions to visa exempt entries that is an issue.
  17. The overheating car was not the only issue... From my first post stating... "Suggest you do the update to bank book somewhere in your area where Kasikorn has branch with street front opens 8.30am. Note the 12 month bank statement and bank letter can be obtained days prior to application for extension. Highly recommend making an appointment." You should have 1. Made an appointment. 2. Attended bank that opens at 8.30am and make 100b deposit. 3.Obtain the 12 month bank statement + bank letter days prior to application.
  18. Suggest the Non B visa is best option. BTW will the Thai child be living with you after divorce.
  19. Should not be an issue. @ThaiVisaCentre is an option of agent that provides "safe entry service"
