It's not a visa. You are flying visa exempt entry. The airline at departure may require onward flight. Best option is within 60 days however recent posts indicate that within 90 would be possible by explaining intention to obtain 30 day extension. The METV would be an eVisa application. You will provide what's required in that application. Most likely flight into Thailand. Flight out within 60 and perhaps some accommodation details upon entry. Best to outline how long you plan to stay in Thailand for best advice.

At CW up till recently a 90 day report was required however good news is that's not the case now. The items you list should be sufficient. If you have a lease provide it if not ok. At CW the COR will be mailed out to you. Cost 200b The COR will arrive ~ 5-7 days after application. Indeed a COR is required for TDL and bank account. That's what he meant by one day. BTW : I also have never received an eVisa overnight. I often obtain eVisa to Vietnam and that a 4-5 day turn around. In any event you can continue to complain or as suggested obtain the Non O in Thailand from visa exempt entry.

OP, best to quit with the rants. If eVisa not working for you then enter Thailand visa exempt. Obtain a Non O marriage at your local immigration office in Thailand. After 60 days obtain 12 month extension.

So what visa are you applying for? A single entry Non O marriage OR a Multiple Entry Non O visa valid for one year. In unrelated thread... @Tod Daniels stated..... Previously Savannakhet was good option. Now all visas are via eVisa (online) and that may take several days. Added issue is currently no online payments. There is better option

Not necessarily anymore as has been reported in many threads. My own personal experience in Thailand dealing with CW was for first 10+ years I had NEVER done a TM30. In last two years I provided a TM30 obtained just prior to attending for extension retirement. Keep up to date

Seems you were not prepared. Above you mention TM3. That would be TM30. The requirements are very straightforward for extensions retirement. Just be aware of what immigration office requires.

There is no need to return on tourist visa that provides 60 day stamp. Visa exempt also provides 60 day stamp and you can obtain Non O from that entry with a TM87 along with financial requirements.

As has been already pointed out... You can obtain the Non O retirement at consulates/embassies outside of Thailand. Note: does not need to be home country unlike Non O-A application. OR You can enter visa exempt after killing off Non O-A.

Just make sure that you don't have a reentry permit when you exit Thailand.
