  1. Why have your created a further tax thread when there are many already running?
  2. Either way, if you indeed obtained a TIN, you're now on the RD's radar.
  3. Then don't get one. Problem solved and certainly don't pay Expat tax THB7,000
  4. I just completed this quiz. My Score 40/100 My Time 125 seconds
  5. At this stage of the game. Now run along, apply for your TIN and file a tax return. More fool them.
  6. This has already been stated previously. Dont you read the thread?
  7. News team please don’t post further articles from so called tax advisers who are only trying to drum up business. There is nothing new that we don’t already know. Until we receive an official report from either the RD or government, then maybe many expats will act accordingly. The confusion remains.
  8. If you’ve done your own calculations of what you know so far and are under the threshold, there is no need to obtain a TIN and file a tax return. Again, what we already know to date. It’s as simple as that.
  9. I think we can safely say that no new forms will appear online for 2024 tax year and therefore to use the 2023 form filling in the 2024 date, but you still need a TIN which means a visit to your local RD. Would be so much simpler if an application for a TIN was posted on the English language RD site. Those will non-assessable income don't declare. Just my thoughts
  10. The questions remains therefore, how did those file a return if there are no 2024 forms (English language) available, especially non-assessable?
  11. If that happens, which I doubt, these so called tax experts will be dishing out refunds to those who paid for their ‘expert’ service(s).
