I think they recommend everyone have it done when you turn 50 regardless of condition. I had it done in Thailand 9 months ago, painless procedure.

33 km every day is pretty normal, I used to do about 20 km, I average about 20 km per hour -

Depends how many lights he had. I ride my bicycle with 1 light at the front, two at the back and I also wear a yellow fluorescent jacket -

A couple of years ago I was down in Bangkok. In the evening I was just relaxing having a black one at a bar, three women at different intervals came sat down beside me. A little later the manager of the bar (Thai) came over and started chatting to me, he said he had seen many things but never seen ladies it on me like they did (there were other men sat there but they only hit on me) -

Thailand is no different to anywhere, my friend just returned home after holiday in Thailand and said home is also boring 😊

You would see a big difference, quite a bit larger and more traffic but it still retains its Thai way of life and all the large shops on the outside of the city

Regarding the bored part, I was brought up in my childhood where the nearest house was three miles from me (not village or town) I had to make my own amusement. That is probably the reason I do not get bored
