It’s easy enough for you to misrepresent testimony given to the court and ignore the fact that a jury found for the accuser. Do you want to apply your hobby of legal analysis to the 900 year old common law process of trial by one’s peers and why it’s such a good idea to have juries listen to the testimony, hear the evidence and make a judgement based on their own life experience? And for the record, Trump’s liberty is not at issue in this trial, while his use of his platform to defame Carroll, most recently in hours of continued ranting online against her, is a very good example of oppression.

I recently booked domestic flight air tickets for a friend and his wife who were visiting from overseas along with tickets for me and my own family. It’s not uncommon for one person in a group of people traveling together to book the tickets/accommodation for all members of the group. Among the troubling things about Trump’s statement is the fact he posted it on ‘X’ at 2 in the morning. So when most folk are in bed sleeping, Trump is wide awake ranting about his thirst for absolute power. Trump is very clearly ill in the head. It’s time this was dealt with.

Let me make a much simpler argument for you. If the SCOTUS rules in favor of Trump that Presidents are above the law, that right there would remove the S from SCOTUS and end the rule of law in the USA. The Law would inevitably become a tool of oppression in the hands of an unaccountable tyrant.
