  1. Better supporting than extorting. The Leader of the free world is back on stage and back on message.
  2. The GOP could do the right thing, call a vote in Congress and toss him out. But they won’t .
  3. President Biden visit is Kiev, not to extort Zelensky, but to offer his support to the Ukrainian people in the fight against the illegal Russian invasion. What a difference an election makes.
  4. It does if the subject pits the interests of business against those of citizens.
  5. “everyone I talk to says this……” Well they would do, you are surrounded by extremist nut jobs, no sane person wants to be anywhere near you. Read her accusations as a confession, especially the accusations of treason.

  7. It’s not ‘bonkers’, the ‘Sorus slur’ is an extreme rightwing dog whistle. Trump’s attack is precisely targeted for his audience.
  8. *Deleted post edited out* Except he’s doing a good job getting Americans into work and rebuilding the economy. Your Sterling efforts to try to detract from Biden doing something decent in recognizing the persecution of Japanese Americans are sounding a lot like sour grapes. I’ll grant you, he seems not to be spending too much time playing golf.
  9. All those would be reasonable considerations if the US had started this war. Here’s your relevant history lesson: ’Peace in our time’.
  10. A welcome change from inciting hatred against East Asians from a President that is delivering for Americans on so many fronts.
  11. It’s a little early to book a party guys, but keep the idea in mind.
  12. It’s ‘the publisher’ that’s made these minor edits. I’ll hazard a guess they want people to keep reading and particularly buying, these books. No sales, no profit.
  13. No need for an inquest then. ‘Job’s a good-un’. Nah, let’s have an inquest anyway.
  14. I suspect, like you, they like expressing their opinions. The only real difference is your reach might be to a couple of dozen people, their’s to a somewhat wider audience.
  15. What? He’s the leader of a major NATO nation and significant contributor to supporting Ukraine. Keeping the people of France on board with support for Ukraine and publicly declaring his administration’s support for Ukraine is the right thing to do. Putin’s shills might disagree.

  17. While not yet confirmed as Nicola Bulley, a body has been recovered from the river where Nicola Bulley went missing. Perhaps the police will have some time now to prosecute the goulish ‘influencers’ and ‘youtubers’ who have descended on the area causing so much distress to Nicola’s family and in the local community: https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/feb/19/nicola-bulley-police-say-body-found-in-search
  18. The media are playing for rating. Pay attention to court filings and statements from the DoJ. If you want to know how well the cases are going, pay attention to the ridiculous arguments put forward by Trump’s lawyers (who have a habit of being indicted themselves).
  19. What we are witnessing is the outcome of months of work to fight court challenges brought by witnesses who do not wish to obey subpoenas, or perhaps wish to be seen as compelled to respond. Jack Smith wasn’t brought back from The Hague to tinker around the edges, he’s been tasked with concluding the Federal investigations, place evidence and witnesses before the Grand Jury and prosecute crimes committed. He hit the ground running. Jack be nimble, Jack be quick.
  20. The internal Tory Party fighting is set to resume. The nation pays the price: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2023/feb/19/rishi-sunak-warned-more-than-100-tory-mps-could-rebel-over-ni-protocol-deal
