  1. I don't know. It just says incorrect password.
  2. It's very easy to look up the term on Google.
  3. Would you get fined 2000 baht once, or 4 times?
  4. I suppose some people could find the 90 day report burdensome if they are living in the sticks. It's part of a shopping day for me. A bit annoying I can't do it online, apparently Immigration's software is incompatible with Linux. Happy to stand corrected if someone explains how.
  5. I suppose it helps if what's coming out is soft, rather than hard.
  6. Contraction of Teflon.
  7. Have I succeeded in rendering you speechless?
  8. It may be advertised as such, but it's not. It is biologically inert.
  9. IIRC Trump University specialized in teaching people how to lie convincingly. Given his history of bankruptcies, I am wondering if he will manage to bankrupt America.
  10. I'm guessing if you actually made it past primary school, your major would be something arty-farty.
  11. PEG 4000, sold as Macrogol. It dissolves in water, has electrolytes added. It works in about 12 hours. It is a stool softener, not a laxative. Harmless, non-habit forming. It functions by drawing water into the colon, making the feces soft. IIRC 500 baht for 20 sachets. I use it if the bowels have not moved for a couple of days. Nothing wrong with high fibre, but if laxatives are included in the formula it can be harmful long term.
  12. I have a comfortable life, thank you. I will die solvent, which is more than can be said of many in and out of Thailand. When you get tired of the sarcastic BS and childish memes, enlighten me: What level of education have you actually attained?
  13. You're welcome, always happy to help out the less educated.
  14. There is an economic war going on, in addition to the military one. IMO it makes more sense to use the ATACMS to cripple Russian oil and gas production. It is Russia's principal source of income, and Putin does not have the engineers to make repairs. The Soviet education system collapsed in the eighties. The Western technologists that helped run oil and gas production are gone. Wars cost money, and the Russian economy is showing the strain. Ask America, Vietnam nearly bankrupted it.
  15. I'd say it would be highly embarrassing for both Putin and Kim for North Korean troops to be captured in Ukraine. Even more so if some of them decided to defect. Possibly not the reason you would arrive at, but we can't all think outside the square.
  16. Putin has been rattling the nuclear sabre since the war started. IMO he backed off when Biden made it clear the US knew exactly where he was 24/7, and he would be the first to go. Like all bullies, Putin is a coward.
  17. So if Poland or Germany decided to put boots on the ground in Ukraine, the Kremlin would be OK with that? A war is a war, irrespective of ground location. No doubt Putin appreciates your grasp of the niceties.
  18. Wow, a wonderful example of victim blaming. Can you post links to non-Russian sources alleging said war crimes? Tell me, how many Russian civilian deaths have occurred, and how many Ukrainian civilians? You do know what a sense of proportion is, don't you?
  19. ATACM's can be used to hit Putin's sources of cash, i.e. oil pipelines and processing facilities. IIRC John McCain said Russia was not a country, just a very large gas station. Destruction of the Kerch Strait bridge would cut off Crimea. Russia has been striking at Ukraine's energy, agriculture and civilian infrastructure freely since the start of the war, while Ukraine has had one hand tied behind its' back. Saying 50,000 North Korean troops is a deflection no doubt has the Kremlin approving. Fact is, it's a major escalation.
  20. No more insane than Putin using North Korean troops to fight a war that has nothing to do with that country.
  21. Yes, any public hospital is free in Australia. You would understand my comment better if you were waiting for a hip or knee replacement, or any other surgery deemed to be elective. With my private health insurance, I was having surgery for an inguinal hernia within 3 weeks of landing in Australia. When I asked my GP how long I would be waiting in the public system, his guess was 6-9 months.
  22. Do as we say, don't do as we do. Irrespective of origin, that tan on RFK is a poster child for melanoma.
  23. This week's prize for understatement goes to.....
  24. Libel is written. Slander is spoken. If Gaetz is innocent, I would have thought a report saying so could not get made public fast enough. Who made you the arbiter of what can be posted?
  25. Police law enforcement is not lax, it's non-existent. The police function seems to be collecting fines on expired registrations and helmetless Thais at checkpoints, or on the occasionally functioning speed cameras. In 12 years of driving here, I have yet to see a police car or motorcycle actively pulling over a motorist. Getting off their @rses would be a good start.
