Do you consider yourself smarter than the average Thai?

I consider myself smarter than the average Thai in terms of IQ. OTOH, in terms of EQ, they leave me in the dust. -

How much do you really know about wine?

Have you ever been to Australia? We produce world-class wines. Margaret River, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Heathcote, Rutherglen, Warby Ranges, Hunter Valley. -

Thai wines have several handicaps to contend with. The first AFAIK is they don't have any laboratories which are dedicated solely to wine testing. Australia has two. Second is the winemakers obviously don't know how to fix a stuck ferment. Most Thai wines IME still seem to carry residual unfermented sugars. I don't know if winemaking is a reserved occupation in Thailand. Third is air pollution, smoke taint ruins good wine, and there's not too many places in Thailand where grapes are free of it. It does have me wondering how California wines will fare, after the Hollywood Hills fires. -

Most Thais I do business with are honest and hard-working. Did a bar girl stitch you up, that you are posting such a bitter libel? -

I agree most wines are difficult to differentiate. Very rarely, there is one that stands out from the crowd. OTOH, bad wines can be really foul. Two reds stick out in my memory. One was a Heathcote shiraz which retailed at $400 a bottle. It arrived at the wine lab where I worked. Only 5 mL was used in testing, staff were allowed to take the rest of any bottle home. The second was a Booth's Premium Shiraz. It only sold from the cellar door, $15 a bottle. Impossible to leave any after the bottle was opened, it had a hypnotic quality. Booth's was a family business, the patriarch was Cliffy Booth. The secret to making that wine died with him, it was never the same after he passed. -

IMO most Brits now realise leaving the EU was a mistake. Nothing wrong with mistakes, as long as one learns from them. Trump obviously doesn't, he lost the trade war in his first Presidency, and is now repeating history.

Why worry? According to you, viruses don't exist. -
Joining the EU with Canada actually makes economic sense. They could have a tariff-free zone, while Trump sends the USA into economic purgatory.

The Vios Mk 2 was in production from 2007 to 2013. One can usually download an owner's manual from the internet. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1795236/Toyota-Vios.html The wiring to the seat belt buckle is most likely the seat belt warning. IMO fitting a seat belt without a tensioner defeats the purpose of a seat belt. Airbags present usually have an SRS label. If there is not one on the driver's side, it's unlikely they are anywhere else.

I am damn sure Greenlanders don't want America's screwed-up health and taxation system, and they don't want the inevitable carpetbaggers coming in to pillage their resources. I am also reasonably sure they don't want a 78 yo grifter issuing a flurry of executive orders which tell them how to think.

You should avoid tea, shrimp and crab. Also grapes, raisins and potatoes. You don't swallow toothpaste, but you probably enjoyed a pad thai goong recently. Fruitcake. Oh sorry, I forgot they have raisins.

I can't recall ever having posted an accusation of that nature on anyone. Perhaps it has not occurred to you your nom-de-plume is a dead giveaway. -

I don't place much store on your predictions being the truth, or accurate. You seem to forget there are going to be all kinds of regulatory impediments to mixing self-driving cars with people who are driving their own vehicles. You think Tesla rules the world in terms of AI? DeepSeek has already destroyed that myth. Tesla stock is like DJT stock, there's a ridiculous amount of blue sky in it. How do you think Tesla shareholders are reacting to Chinese carmakers eating their lunch? Already they have taken over market share in Europe. I am posting facts. You are posting what you hope will happen.

Would you mind flagging your own posts, please. I am finding it very difficult to determine which might be of human origin.
