Musk skates over the problem of availability. There is simply not enough lithium, copper and other elements to completely replace ICE vehicles, at least short term, until new mines are developed. At best, 30% of ICE vehicles can be replaced by EV's. IMO the ICE car will be around for at least another 30 years.

I don't have any problem with deporting immigrants who are criminals, or are taking advantage of more generous social welfare.
