Thank you for reminding me the standard response of Trump supporters is to shoot the messenger. So much easier than having to assemble facts to refute what has been posted. Talking of misinformation and false narratives- who was it claimed he would end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours, and said Haitians in Springfield were eating cats and dogs?

So capable he cost a couple of hundred thousand Americans their lives during a pandemic. So sane he has appointed an anti-vaxxer to be the health czar. Let's see how capable you think he is after your SS shrinks, or his tariff wars increase the cost of living for the Americans who can least afford them.

I'm betting if it was Trump who got dudded for 3.5 million votes, you would not care if it was the Dogpatch Daily.

He had a successful career as a lawyer prior to entering the White House. In 2009, his income was $5.5 million. You are assuming there are no mortgages on the properties, and Michelle did not contribute. She worked as a lawyer too. I don't know what he believes, but people with wealth are better insulated from climate change, and neither of us knows how elevated both properties are. Waterfront covers a range of elevations.

It's you that doesn't want to answer the question. The topic is "Promises made, promises kept". You steadfastly refuse to acknowledge deporting illegal immigrant farm labor will result in higher costs of farm produce. Constant obfuscation. Trump can't have it both ways. He can't fulfil his promise of deporting immigrants without produce prices being raised as a result. So what do you want, immigrants deported or reduced prices? Most people seem to vote with their hip pockets.

So what do you do when someone moves in and makes your life a living hell with excessive noise? That's the downside of ownership, a renter can simply move out. As other posters have said, the OP has three options - offer more money, move out, or go to court. For several reasons, the third option is the leasrt attractive.

They won't even give their women the vote, what makes you think they would give money to people that used to be part of their flourishing slave trade?

It's another altar to worship at.

I have explained to you if you get rid of the illegals, and pay award wages, the cost of all crops on the supermarket shelves will rise. What part of that don't you understand? If you want to insert red herrings by making moral judgments, fine. It doesn't change the fact deporting illegals, which make up 42% of farm workers, will have the opposite effect to the promise Trump made, which was to bring living costs down.

Prosperity comes from making more money than you spend. IIRC Mr. Micawber was the first to enunciate the concept. Every nation seems to be hooked on credit. Instant gratification with depreciating assets. The last time I was in debt was 50 years ago. The average American has a debt of $104,000. To me, they are a nation of deadbeats.

Perhaps you should look at South Australia, 70% renewable energy now, projected to be 100% by 2030. Or the work done by CSIRO in making hydrogen a viable alternative to fossil fuels, using ammonia as the transport medium. The fossil fuel industry is fighting a rear-guard action, aided and abetted by a guy in the White House who knows as much about climate science as I know about string theory. You are one of the guys who vocally supported him, so it's a self-inflicted wound. But you still have the effrontery to ask for solutions, when you are part of the problem. Chutzpah.

The ancient Greeks remind us Hubris is invariably followed by Nemesis. I am reminded of Rudyard Kipling's " The Man Who Would Be King", except the villagers in his novella are probably smarter than the MAGA crowd.
