You will have to do better than that, if you are attempting to gaslight me. On topic, Australians don't put much stock in class. We leave that to the Brits, who are possibly the most class-ridden nationality on the planet. I am somewhat bemused by Americans who staged a revolution to escape the clutches of the British Crown. Now they fawn on every dysfunctional sprog that crosses the Atlantic for a visit.

Wilson x31's are rated as a beginners' set. If you paid big bucks, someone saw you coming. Perhaps you tried to play, were unsuccessful, hence your posts. It's a very common reaction of people who lack hand-eye co-ordination to call the game silly. I also suspect you are fibbing with the photo. You say you bought those clubs mid - 1970's. The driver head is quite clearly 460 cc. That head size did not come into drivers until the late 90's. and was regulated to a maximum of 460 cc by the USGA in 2004.

Trump appeal against ridiculous fine looks like a winner

Then post links to the free sources, instead of wasting people's time. -
Trump can't have it both ways. Either he did pick the best people for the job, and they concluded he was an idiot who was clueless about government. Or he did not employ the best people, which makes his boast about hiring the best hollow. Apparently the best qualification for being hired by Trump is the ability to kiss his butt daily, without gagging. I guess that became a bridge too far for many.

Australian Aged Pension

My private health provider in Australia restored my suspended insurance the week before I landed in Australia, after the COVID lockdown. They knew I had been overseas for more than two years. I pay the premium yearly. If the fund continued to accept premiums from me while denying me cover because I am not resident, that would be fraud. The health fund is a not-for-profit entity, maybe that is a factor. The subject of residency has never been raised with me by the health fund. Obviously, I am not going to start asking. -
IMO the majority of EV's I see in Chiang Rai are BYD. I would be wondering about the support levels of these obscure brands. How many would have service shops in Chiang Rai or Udon Thani if something goes wrong?

Australian Aged Pension

I seriously doubt anyone can get a full pension and own a very expensive home without having very high council rates and property insurance costs. Getting a part pension is a different matter. Even $1 of part pension gains admittance to a number of welfare privileges. That's where the accountants of rich people get very creative. IIRC Labor brought in a limitation on the amount that could be held in a super fund at concessional rates of tax on earnings. I expect that noose will be tightened further. -

A fat lot of good that does if you are forced to pay extortionate amounts for medical insurance, or shell out a fortune for pharmaceuticals to keep you alive. Then there's Florida, where retirees are being made homeless as a result of government condo policy. IMO anyone who prefers the American social security system over Australia's has rocks in their head. -

What do you think should replace it? -
Spend up big. 55 K - 65K baht for extraction and an implant. Yellow teeth are the result of smoking. If you really had decay at that level of the tooth, it would be hurting like hell.

I had my private health insurance long before I moved to Thailand. IMO my status as resident or non-resident is irrelevant to my health fund. If I am reading your post correctly, you want to get private health insurance, applying as a non-resident. That's probably an entirely different set of circumstances. -

Correct. I was able to suspend my private health insurance during COVID, when I was locked out of Australia. -

Thailand does not have ultra violent rays, you have watched " A Clockwork Orange" too many times. To be on the safe side, you should rub buffalo dung into your skin daily. That's how Issan farmers get their brown skin.

Centrelink reduce the OAP after 6 weeks overseas. They restore the addons such as energy supplements as soon as you land in Australia. Apart from that, I get a new pension card when I land in Australia, to take advantage of the PBS. It baffles me why they cancel the pension card after 6 weeks out of Oz, where the hell am I going to use it? -

At the time of my treatment, I was in Australia for 6 months. I have not said anything to my insurer, and they have not asked. AFAIK there is nothing in the fine print of my fund. YMMV. As far as I am concerned, I have shelled out to the fund for decades. If they want to decline me, I would be asking for a return of the premiums I pay. Likewise, I know nothing about Medicare refusing cover to an Australian citizen as non-resident. A Medicare card is current for 5 years. -

It's an increase in abnormal white blood cells. While there is no cure, I have been in full remission for two years. -

That's a risk I take. With my pre-existing conditions and age, no insurer in Thailand will cover me. -

If schools were really serious about financial education, they would teach every male child the biggest single threat to any wealth they accumulate is women.
