I don't think so. Someone from Queensland can understand a West Australian. The broad ocker accent is more a socio-economic attribute, not regional. My accent is less ocker, due to schooling and travel.

To be at the top of their profession, surgeons need to have the acronyms FRCS, FRACS. after their names. FRCS stands for Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, FRACS stands for Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons. FRCS is the first qualification a surgeon gets, followed by FRACS.
