I've got a diesel hybrid. I don't know much about hybrids or why I don't see more diesel hybrids on the road, super fuel efficient for a big car. Most hybrids I see are petrol hybrids. You seem to know about hybrids, any information on why diesel hybrids are not as common as petrol?

I've got a condo, PKCP, bought it off plan from Ratanakorn. My condo overlooks this area, the surrounding area was very noisy for years, night time club venues, etc. I hope they didn't bulldoze to build another night club. I don't live at the condo, I rent the condo out but it's been annoying for my tenants over the years.

They've got domestic front load coin washing machines at my condo. I don't use them, I use the one I have in my house. I see the dial is tapped in position, stopping users from turning the dial to select different wash cycles. I've never noticed the fluoride twang but I've been eating it since an infant. Not sure where Vegemite is made, I grew up in Sydney, we have fluoride in the tap water, maybe vegemite is using the same water.
