But Trump should take note that in the courtroom, it is the judge who makes the rules!

My response: 1) my trading partner information came directly from my link and as far as I know it did not include investments and perfectly matched the scope of your OP which only addressed Thailand's trade in goods. Trump rarely gets to be accountable with consequences for his rhetoric, its not in his playbook and he is out of his territory here. So I think he will quietly submit.
