Yes we are a visa agency, and it is not "crazy" for us to ask for those details. Those messages are automated, and place you into a prioritized queue. This is so our staff have all the information to properly answer any question that may arise.

We have maintained pricing for the last 3 years, and will do our best to continue to do so. Many of our clients are happy with our services, quick turnaround, and live application tracking.

As a long term sponsor we have a good relationship with this forum, and are not directly promoting any services here.

Good luck with your business. peace

You could contact agents such as ThaiVisaCenter.....most have Facebook and Line.

    @ThaiVisaCentre

never do that! they charge you with crazy amount of money! I contacted them to extend my already extended visa but was about to expire, they asked me 30K. i told them its already extended before so shouldnt be cheaper.. they said no and actually starting this month they announced that they will raise their so called services.

My agency did everything 28K for the first time. my second time they charged me only 18K

The reason most often is just that the person is suffering from a low grade depression, has no easy way of staying legal, and just procrastinates into a situation that gradually worsens. It can be difficult for those who have not experienced it to comprehend the behaviour of those suffering mild mental illness, but it is not that rare.

    i understand that. thnx

  6. I know its not the topic but i was wondering what can it be not doing a visa for 2 years or more? Or why? I mean we all know there are agencies or likewise things that can help or do the magic. is this person a criminal? we dont know about this and cant be sure.

I wish immigration at the airport or at the land border do a proper check with the police and so on about the person who is overstay. I know many people will attack my post but please sit and think about this. doesnt it how many criminals can stay or live in thailand? There must be a reason why a person not do a visa for 2 years or more. Im not saying bad or good reason but there must be one!

please think twice before attacking my post. try to see my point.

Very true, I will add my stories.

I was driving down Petchaburi Rd when an oncoming motorbike attempting to overtake a bus crossed a solid line onto my side of the road. I swerved to avoid him but he lost control, came off his bike and his bike hit into the side of my car causing about 180,000 baht of damages.

Witnesses claimed I was making a right turn when he hit me on his side of the road and a police officer at the scene agreed with them. I pointed out that the broken glass of his mirror was clearly all on my side of the road but they wouldn't hear any of it.

My own insurer was ready to side with them but I wouldn't and the police officer said I needed to go to the police station as there were injuries. I attended the station and produced dash cam footage confirming what happen. When the other party arrived (he went to hospital first), police fined him 400 baht for dangerous driving and he apologised to me.

Second situation, a truck driver on the Chonburi bypass cut across 3 lanes into the right lane straight in my path (just before the bridge where trucks hate being stuck being other slow trucks), I managed to brake in time but because of his sudden jerky maneuver, his uncovered load of rocks fell all over my car damaging my windshield and causing significant paint damage. He attempted to flee the scene so I called the police and we managed to stop him.

The truck driver denied what happened. Despite me saying I had dash cam footage, police and my insurer was ready to concede saying it would be difficult to prove liability since there was no vehicular collision. We went to the police station and I showed the video and the truck driver was fined 400 baht for dangerous driving but still refused to accept responsibility. The police told him that if he didn't accept liability, they would fine him for driving with an uncovered load which was a much higher fine. He reluctantly accepted liability.

Moral of the stories is, get a dash cam.

Thanks for sharing. Im very curios about 1 thing though. In both of your cases there are people lied. So were there any punishment for that? Because in these kind of things telling lies is a crime if im not mistaken. At least its in my country. So did police did anything about this? At least a warning to them?

Stories i heard also similar stories to yours. Always tries to blame farang. And sometimes they beg farang to help them and accept the fault because they are poor, etc.

Thanks god 14 years driving in thailand and no accident yet.

Agreed dash cam is a must.

Please send link ? I traveled and used people cars all over the world, but never heard about such law which for sure doesn't exist in UK. Knowing how people understand nothing on this forum I wouldn't be surprised that you are wrong. It seems so ridiculous.

I might be wrong about the uk. Sorry about that. But yes in my country its not allowed. Well, the thing is if you give your car to someone and if he hit and run, how can you prove that it was not you who was not driving that?

so if what you say is true, the rest of the world where anybody can drive any car is wrong ? don't you feel ridiculous ?!

Where did i say its wrong or else... i just asked if its ok to drive someone's car or not when you get involved to an accident... you drunk?

Maybe I misread your country doesn’t allow someone else driving others cars?

yep, only the person who has the name on the car register can drive. if the police catches you they call the owner to the spot and ask the owner to take the car. And they give a ticket to you. This is for safety reasons. Imagine someone is driving your car and involved into a hit and run.. who the police will first come? And how can you prove that you were not driving the car.

  11. Hi guys,

I was wondering what is going to happen to me if i involved into a car accident. I heard few really disturbing things from some of my farang friends here. Mostly they told me Dash Cam saved the day and even though had really difficult times to prove things. So let's make a situation:

Let's say i involved into a car accident a) not my fault b) my fault what's the regulation? Am i going to be in trouble because i am driving someone else's car (my wife, friend, etc.) Because you cannot drive other's car in my country, is it same in Thailand? Let's say a) have a thai driving license b) don't have

i know from my friends that the person you hit and the police comes to the scene will do their best to blame you and make it as if its your fault. Dash Cam is the best thing here but what if i dont have it?

Well things like this... any info please.

    thanks

  12. well, the answer is obvious but it still surprises me that a policeman can buy these kind of things. my neighbor is a very high rank policeman and he has 1 BMW and 1 Mercedes and his wife has 1 Minicooper.

I never asked him about his salary but i cannot believe even a high rank police officer can make this much money.

Also another question is why no one asked questions about him when he started to buy these kind of cars? Im sure they know he has this much cars and other things.

  13. using lazzada and every thing is ok so far. Never paid and will pay with card. Always cash on delivery.

About the prices.. tbh they are not expensive. I just ordered few really nice upgrades for my car and WOW great. they fixed great and looked great and the price here is like x3 times than i bought from lazzada.

  14. i got 2 shots already, ASTRA

when i asked them about the certificate they gave me a link and filled it.. its 2 weeks now and nothing so far.

Im keeping all the text messages from the place i got vaccinated also pictures when i was getting the shot too. Also the tel of the doc who did it. this is thailand they will ask for a photo at the end of the day for sure 55555
